Different behavior for Product Image Hover on mobile and desktop

It would be great for performance and UX if it was possible to set the "Product Image Hover Switch" option to NONE for mobile and FLIP for desktop. That way the extra image needed for each product on FLIP would not have to be loaded on mobile. This makes sense as there is no hover on mobile. It only flips on mobile when you tap which is quite useless. The Product Image Hover Switch option is here, Cusomize->WooCommerce->Product Catalog
