Dynamic content in form fields

It would be great to have an option to add dynamic content in the form block (applicable to forms inserted in the modal block on an archive detail page template = the same form pops up on e.g. directory or product pages built dynamically using a CPT). The most basic option would be to be able to identify where the form submission originated from, e.g. add the post/page id, title, url etc. to the form submission (e.g. as a hidden field). Other functions would be useful as well – e.g. retrieve email address or phone number for the post/page (CPT field) for direct contact with the post author.
