Dynamic Progress Bar Numbers

I was thinking that it would be useful to have a progress bar get the 'total number' and the 'progress number' from another place like from an ACF. A use case I have right now is a custom post type for learning assets with two ACF fields showing the total number of learners and the number of learners that have completed the learning asset. If I could feed in the numbers from that post type into the progress bar it would make it really dynamic.
