Easy way to reuse blocks of multiple templates

When we are creating a new site, we search through different kadence templates (PRO / FREE) and when we find a good block we convert it to reusable blocks so we can use it later somewhere on our new design. We would like the possibility of searching through all the existing blocks of all existing templates, select it and use it. It would be a bit faster. Is this possible to do now? We don't find the way. If not, This is a request! 🙂 thanks!
