Elements - replace body

Is it possible to quickly add an option on Elements to replace BODY, there is header, footer and lots of other but this would be really helpful to create a rough and ready Maintenance Mode – replace the body on entire site to all logged out users. Obviously this will only work on sites with no users, but it still might help a lot of people. What do you think – could you make it work soon ? Keep up the great dev….
