Enable PHP for Features

Hello, I am trying to use the modal via php template. I know that the Kadence system is pretty robust but I had a complicated request which required custom code. I need to use a lightbox but since I can’t programmatically access the Kadence one I’m going to have to add a custom solution. Now I have two libraries on the site doing the same thing.
