Enhance Video Popup block to include default video thumbnail plus title and description

It would be really helpful if the Video Popup block had the option to use the video thumbnail as the default poster image (as the standard WordPress video embed block does). The default video thumbnail could display if a custom image isn't selected. It would save time not to have to create the placeholder images. Also, an option to include a title (and optional description) for the video either on top of the video thumbnail or above the video would be great!
