Form block - Ability for user to select Mailchimp Groups from a Checkbox or Radio Button List

With Mailchimp Sign Up Forms, you can let the user select which Group they want to be included in. You achieve this by adding a Checkbox, or Radio Button, list to the form. Please add the ability for the user of the Kadence Form to select the Mailchimp Groups they want to be included in. Thank you!
