Form block placeholders

Hello! I need to send form information to my ESP. I found this thread, where Karla mentioned the placeholders {page_title} and {page_url}. The placeholder work in the email, but at the time, the form is submitted. fields Are there more placeholders? I need the posts category. {page_category} is not working 🙂 thanks Jochen
