Forms Block - phone number validation/verification

In the Forms Block, please include a feature to verify mobile phone numbers based on the selected country code. To have some inspiration you can refer to WPForms plugin and CheckoutWC Plugin. Both have a phone number verification feature. An SMS or WhatsApp based verification can also be added by making use of third party APIs like Twilio.
