Global Animation settings in Customizer / Copying Animation Styles

1. Currently, the Customizer gives no control over default animation settings (only play once per page). Default = False, making Default the same as False, and requiring the designer to change the setting to True on every single animated element, since repeating animations are annoying in most cases. 2. It looks like there isn't a measure of control to determine which styles are copied from one element to the next. For example, if I copy a Section style, then paste it onto another Section, it will copy margin settings, but not animation settings. This is especially frustrating when trying to "stagger" animations with a slight delay, as each section needs to be individually configured. This also gives problems the other way around. For example, if I copy styles for a Row (such as responsive margins, backgrounds, padding and structure settings), it also copies over the column count. Being able to turn on / off which styles copy (all or handpicked) would solve these problems. Thanks! Great theme and plugins overall.
