Have "show unique" feature read page from top to bottom.

Currently, the unique post feature seems to be a little glitchy. It would be beneficial if content could be read from top of page to bottom. When setting up links to post in blocks and wanting not to display any previous post displayed on the page. I have not been able to get this to work for me.
