hide inactive filters
We really need the filters in Adv. Query Loop to hide when there are no valid choices. This works with Toolset WooCommerce Blocks, FacetWP, YITH Ajax Product Filters and more. Until Kadence Adv. Query Block can do this, it isn't ready for stores with diverse product lines where some filters apply to some products and other filters apply to other products.
If I have three filters: Product Category, Product Shape, and Product Color; Shape and Color only apply in one top level Product Category's hierarchy as the products in the other top level categories do not have shape or color terms selected in our custom product taxonomies for those terms; I need to only show the shape and color filters when in the top level category or any of its children's categories.
I know this could be accomplished by creating different query loops and using Shop Kit to assign them to different categories but that is not responsive enough in the real-world where product categories and products come and go and a developer should not be needed just because the tree of categories and relevant filters changed.
Appreciate you considering this enhancement request. I really like where Adv. Query Loop is going and what Shop Kit can do. I'd love them both more if they were more integrated with each other (adv. query loop filters in an off-canvas panel, for example) and with improvements like hiding inactive filters in the adv. query loop fitlers.
Thanks!
