Multiple taxonomies for query block(adv) block's "Limit by Taxonomy" option

Similar to how the user can select multiple filters with the capability of those filters being AND/OR, please consider setting up the "Limit by Taxonomy" in the block's admin in a similar fashion, where admins can add more than one Limit by Taxonomy value and also set whether or not they all work as and AND or OR. For example, for our accountants who work in the field (versus headquarters), I assign their content with a Category of "Field" and a custom Departments taxonomy of "Finance". Ideally, I would like to set the presort of what appears in this loop to both Category=Field AND Department=Finance. This way, our field accountants only see content specific to them versus the broader set of Field content and Finance content.
