Option to change width of actual container (not just inner) and align left/right

It would be really good to be able to change the width and alignment of the actual structure of the block. With many blocks you can change the inner content but not the actual structure, so it remains full width. You can then align to left or right and have the other content on the page flow round. This is already possible with the image block. But with the row layout or info box it is only possible to change the inner content width. What uses would this have? Unlimited! In particular you could have a page of content (paragraph blocks) and create an advert in a (ie) Row Layout block, using perhaps shortcode, paragraph, image blocks, the change the container width to 300px and align right. You then have an advert with the page's content floating around it. It would also be good for the Info Box to be able to align right/left and have the page content flow around it.
