Post Grid Carousel: add more layout options

It would be great to have the Post Grid Carousel being able to use the featured images as backgrounds, to have an overlay option, and to display the text above (metas, post title, excerpt, read more button). Additionally, to be able to customize the post container height/width ratio for different screen sizes (desktop/tablet/phones), and also to select different image sizes for the screen sizes (for example, to select bigger image size for desktop and a smaller image size for mobiles)
