prebuilt knowledge base blocks

Would love to see pre-built knowledge base custom post type, and blocks. Something simple – that provides a DOCS base category, then a block that gets article categories, displays the top 5 by rating, or by date descending, etc… then for each article, automatically provides a floating table of contents (or fly in and hover) Wouldn't take much. But this way, we wouldn't suffer YAPI (yet another plugin) for "displaying documentation" or writing a doc library. This would be a good Pro Block add-in I think.
