Responsive settings display

"This is particularly true in the case of padding and margins. If these are set for a desktop screen size, the inherited values are not shown for the smaller devices. Instead, the settings remain blank. This can be very misleading! It would be useful if the inherited settings were displayed "greyed out" to show the user that these dimensions will be inherited from the larger screen size settings."
