Table of Content(TOC) link to a title inside collapse accordion pane

If I have a TOC block and titles inside my Accordion block, the link doesn't scroll if the accordion pane is collapsed. It would be great if there is a way to expand the accordion pane after clicking the TOC link, so the scroll will work properly too.
