Template for kadence tab inner blocks

Adding a way to create templates for kadence/tab so when we add new tab to the bloc kadence/tabs there could be default blocs so users don't need to manually add them everytime here is an example of how it would be when we have tabs with templates (columns with 2 column and elements inside as template, i kind of bruteforced it to make it work by editing the edit function of kadence/tab using the filter blocks.registerBlockType here) https://share.getcloudapp.com/9Zuy8l1v#
