Testimonial Rating - Request to allow Decimal Values, such as 4.5 stars to be used.
Currently, when using the Star Rating feature on the Testimonials Block, it will round the number to the nearest whole number. It would be a useful feature to support decimal ratings as well. For example, 4.5 stars would highlight 4 stars and half of the 5th one.

This is absolutely necessary. Ratings help to sell items, the point of using testimonials. Must be able to give 9/10 stars, the equivalent of 4.5/5. Currently, can only give even numbers, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, ie 1/5, 3/5, etc.
