Various tabs block improvements

Ideas and improvements for the tabs block: – Setting to have the subtitle show only on the selected tab (see https://todoist.com/features for an example of this) – Setting to control the spacing between the tab icon and title/subtitle (I am surprised this has been overlooked…unless I am overlooking it?) – With an icon, title and subtitle -the icon centers horizontally in the tab. I would like to have it stay at the top. Maybe add a setting to control this. – Transitions between switching tabs
