Hide Kadence Conversions for users who already converted

I'd like to not show Kadence Conversion banners to users who already converted. For example, users who already subscribed to our newsletter are tagged in FluentCRM. The banner should not show to users with that tag. If you would do this based on WP Fusion, it could support all CRMs that are supported by WP Fusion. This would make the banners more powerful because we could then show another conversion banner to users who already subscribed to the newsletter but not to another mailing list.
