Ad option to change the link id/The Custom Trigger Link - on a (copied) Conversion Item

I have made 10 conversion items in one language and I now want to translate each Conversion Item into another language. The easiest way to do this is by copying each Conversion Item – keeping all the Conversion Items settings – and then replace the content of the new Conversion Item. However, this is not possible because the Custom Trigger Link does not change in the new copy. It means I will have to create 10 new conversion items from scratch, just to get a new Custom trigger link.
