Stacking Header Row Elements for Optimal Viewing

The header builder only allows users to array multiple elements on the same row horizontally. While this works well for most cases — on mobile devices, these elements should be stackable. If, for example, I build a top header row banner that includes an HTML text message element and a button element, the elements will be crammed side-by-side, forcing the text element into a vertically stretched mobile view.
