I just bought the virtue premium theme. I’m using the free version of the theme on my website right now. But the problem is I’m not being able to download the zip file from my product downloads in my account to my system? Every time i hit the download button, it says can’t reach this page. Hi, Brian!

I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

The spacing between the header & footer and the content area is the top and bottom content spacing. You will see the global value for it in Customizer > General > Layout > Content Top & Bottom Spacing.

On the other hand, there are options to only disable that for posts or pages only. Watch this screen recording – https://share.getcloudapp.com/yAuJ1nJd.

Also, if you want to disable it for a specific post only, you can go to the Page/Post Settings – https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-theme/knowledge-base/customize-settings/how-to-setup-page-post-settings/.

Regarding the space between the content and sidebar – this is a default from our theme’s styles. There is no option to adjust it. You can add custom CSS in Customizer > Additional CSS to adjust it:

.has-sidebar .content-container {grid-gap: 20px;}
}

Could you give us the page URL of the page you tested in debugbear.com? You may set your response as private so only you and the support team can see the URL.

On the other hand, I think the images for the watch post(and other posts) are too large. Have you optimized the images you used for them already? Here’s our guide for it – https://www.kadencewp.com/blog/best-practices-for-images-sizes-and-optimization-in-wordpress/.

Also, are you using the Kadence theme? If you are, follow these steps to show smaller images for the posts on the archive page:

1. Go to Customizer > Posts/Pages Layout > Archive Layout.
2. Scroll down until you see the Post Item Layout section
3. Expand the “Feature” tab and select a smaller image size for the “Set Image Size” option – https://share.getcloudapp.com/E0uXymZy

Hi im replacing the Title Area for my Category Archives with a template Element (Replace Above Content Hero) and ..
In doing this, im also trying to set a Dynamic Background Image and can not seem to get it to load the Category feature image .
Have activated the “Archive Custom Page Title Backgrounds” addon.
Can it be done ..

Is there a way to edit the Thank You page or message? It looks like right now, it just adds order info to top of Cart page?
But, the info i want to include to Thank You can not be seen during or before checkout.

To change the number of displayed products on the archive product page, change the number of rows showing on the archive product page.

– Goto customize >> WooCommerce >> Product catalog >> Rows per page

Hi Allison! For me it was the “Load CSS Asynchronously” option under the page optimization tab. The “Guest Optimization” option under the general tab was also causing some other issues. I would test both one at a time and purge your cache in between and see if one or both of those are causing issues. Then try again and see if you can keep them both on as they both are important for page speed.

I will add that they seem to be working fine now and that not having “Load CSS Asynchronously” turned on made my site fail several page speed tests so for me, leaving either of them off wasn’t an option.

I just updated to the latest version of Kadence Blocks and Kadence Blocks Pro.

My intention was to test the new design library but when I attempt to load it, it fails to load.

First, I clicked ‘sync with cloud’ – then it breaks.

It looks like this at first:

Then after a few minutes the page goes completely unresponsive.

I initially experienced the issue on my test site which doesn’t have many plugins installed. I’ve since tested other sites with different plugin configurations and in different hosting environments. They all experience the same problem. So across all of my sites, the design library is completely unusable.

Any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I just want to add something.

I know I can make what I posted with the default post settings. However, I want to put this above the content, so I can include a sidebar that is below the post header. With a sidebar on you squish the header and float the sidebar all the way to the top of the post page. This isn’t the design I want. I want the sidebar below the post featured image.

This is the pixel value where an animation will be triggered. By default, the Animation on Scroll will commence only when the block is scrolled into view. If you have this value set, it will start the animation in # pixels in advance – https://share.getcloudapp.com/d5ugNXGR.

Could you send us a page URL where we can see the current block with animation? This is so we can better understand which distance you’re referring to and recommend settings for you.

I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

You’re right, the images’ thumbnails are 300×300 px when I view them on my browser. I tested the page again on Google PageSpeed Insights and the issue with the image sizes is not showing for the Desktop. For mobile, the size detected is 768px – https://share.getcloudapp.com/5zujnKKO.

If you inspect the images, they have the srcset attributes. These will list image sizes available for the image so the browser can choose which is the best one to show depending on the screen size and resolution.

I’m not a hundred percent sure why this happens since there is still a srcset attribute for the 300×300 image size. Have you tried purging your WP Fastest Cache and checking with pagespeed again?

I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you and thank you for your patience.

I tested this again by:

1. Setting a block default for Accordion with the FAQ schema option turned on.
2. Creating a new page with another Accordion block.

The result is that the FAQ schema is empty even with the Accordion pane and content having values.

I’ve reached out to our developers about this issue. We’ll update you once we hear anything from them. For now, disable and enable the FAQ schema option so the mainEntity will be populated properly.
