    Hi there!

I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

There are minimal colors being used by the blog page. Are you referring to the links’ initial and hover colors? If so, you can change that by going to Customizer > Colors & Fonts > Colors > Links Colors option. See this screen recording – https://share.getcloudapp.com/2Nu6EAyR.

If these are not the colors that you’re referring to, could you send us screenshots to specify them?

    Kind regards,
    Karla

    Title needs to be corrected:
    Mansory layout on archive pages

Also I think this request is rather correct in:
    Kadence Theme (Pro)

    Sorry, about that…

    #281447

It would be great if the archive pages on our blog had the ability to display posts in a masonry layout, similar to the one seen on the website This would allow for a more visually appealing and organized display of our blog posts, and would enhance the user experience for readers browsing through our archive pages.

Is there a way to enable this feature on our blog? Thank you for considering this request.

    Hi Dave,

To check if I understand you correctly, you want to show the texts (e.g. site title or image caption) below the logo once the logo is hovered, is this correct?

If so, the custom CSS you provided targets the Logo itself. Also, can you please let us know the texts you’re referring to so we can check further? Lastly, would it be possible to send the URL of the page that you’re working on? You can send the URL privately by enabling the “Set as private reply” option before sending your reply. Thanks!

    Cheers,
    Dane

I imported the kadence agency starter template and changed the color. All the pages have the new color palette applied to it except the blog page which still shows the old color palette. How can I change the blog page to adopt the old color palette?

    Hi, Vicki!

I tried adding it again to my page and I can add it successfully – https://share.getcloudapp.com/llug2qEm.

After trying to update the page, could you check your browser console log? This may give us more information as to what errors you’re having. If you see texts in the color red, take a screenshot and send it to us.

Let us know how we can assist you further.

    Kind regards,
    Karla

    Hi!

I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

I looked at the pages and I saw another issue – the menu dropdowns on the other posts are unstyled. I am trying to figure out the style differences between the posts and I do not see the styles for the “active” state of the off-canvas popup. However, the mobile menu items are there.

I also saw that you have the LiteSpeed cache plugin. If you deactivate that temporarily, will the issues be fixed? If so, please try to clear your website cache and test if the issue will be fixed again.

If not, you will need to turn off the cache plugin settings one by one to pinpoint which of them are causing the layout issue. I recommend focusing on the CSS files/files optimization options.

I hope this helps. Let us know if we can assist you further.

    Kind regards,
    Karla

My mobile navigation trigger is not working consistently, and I am pulling my hair out trying to figure out why. (I know nothing about coding… so talk to me like I’m a child, I won’t mind. haha!). I’ve tried on the default Samsung browser, Chrome, and my husband tried on his iPhone.

    My site is aminutewithmarnie.com

The mobile navigation doesn’t work on that page, nor any other page that I can find.

As far as posts, it works on some, but not many.

    EXAMPLES:

It doesn’t work on these, which are my two most popular posts:

    It DOES work on these:

I hope someone can help me!

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi, Florian!

I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

Your blog page is listing down pages, not posts. The blog page should be similar to the category pages like this – https://geosci.de/en/category/innovation/.

Do you have any plugin that adds custom code snippets? Please could you try temporarily deactivating plugins one by one? This should help you pinpoint which one might be causing the blog archive page to list down pages instead of blog posts. Here’s our guide – https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-theme/knowledge-base/troubleshooting/temporarily-deactivating-plugins/.

Let us know how it goes.

    Kind regards,

Hi Karla, I added this script in the Kadence controls footer for the accordion page where I have some long panes and wanted to open the next pane at the top of the pane. I got this error message when attempting to update the page:
Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response. Can you help?

I’ve set up a CPT single page template in “Elements”.

There I would like to display posts based on that post ACF post object field. Ideally I would like to use the post grid/carousel block and display the “related” posts dynamically, but can’t figure out how to achieve this. Do anyone know if this possible?

    ACF Post object:

    Hi,
I’m trying to include “Blog” in the navigation of my website so I need a sort of overview page for all posts to link to. I’ve tried but seem unable to have this displayed. The link structure for the posts doesn’t even include /blog but only the publishing date…

This is my first blog post:
However, gives a rather strange result with links to the individual pages but not the blog post.
is empty which makes sense as the blog post was in English.
Could you help me? I’d really appreciate a hint 🙂

I’m using up-to-date Kadence with WPML.

    Best regards,
    Florian

    Hi, Annette!

I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

Since the Portfolio post type is attached to the Ascend Premium theme, it will be hidden once you switch to another theme. Other contents added using the Site Origin Page Builder plugin should be retained, provided that the plugin is active.

If you want the Portfolio posts to be kept, you may install our toolkit plugin. Otherwise, you’ll need to create a new Portfolio custom post type. Here is our guide for this – https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-theme/knowledge-base/general/how-to-add-a-custom-post-type/.

I hope this helps. Let us know if we can assist you further with this.

    Hi there!

I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

To add the last update text beside the updated date, do the following:

    1. Go to Customizer > Posts/Pages Settings > Single Post Layout.
    2. Under the Title Elements, expand the Meta tab.
    3. Toggle the visibility of the “Show Last Updated Date?” and “Updated Date Label” options – https://share.getcloudapp.com/o0u9v8L9

Regarding the “ajax rating or reaction” – we do not have a plugin or option that will add that. You may install third-party plugins to achieve it.

I hope this helps. Let us know if we can assist you further.

    Kind regards,
    Karla

    hi there,
thanks for making a great theme 😀

I want to make the product loop layout and order like this (title, review, price and add to cart button)
    sample

is there possible to make it?
maybe there is some snippet that I can put on function?
or maybe override a woocommerce file on a child theme?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,
how can I add the fields of the acf repeater block to the templates page?
Basically they are 5 fixed fields that repeat about ten times (like a table) but can change depending on the post created.
Is it possible to do it in another way?

    Thank you

I have several sites built on the Ascend theme and Site Origin Page Builder
If I switch themes to Kadence will I lose all my Portfolios?

    Hi, Ville!

Thanks for sending those and I’m sorry if I overlooked them.

You’re right, even if the link was disabled, the <a></a> tag is still used and so it is still being tagged as a link. I’ll send a note about this to our developers.

For now, you may use a Custom Link for the parent menu items on your menu. Then, add a “#” character so that when a user clicks on them, the page will not be redirected. See this screen recording – https://share.getcloudapp.com/rRu59NW1.

I hope this helps. Let us know if we can assist you further.

    Kind regards,
    Karla
