Can you give an example of other export features outside of Kadence forms?

Sure. The WordPress Tools Menu has an export option that lets admins export posts, pages, and even custom post types. There are several things on this screen that I do not want my editors to be able to export. My editors just need to be able to download the CSV for a Kadence Forms submissions.

I was hoping for a setting on Kadence Forms such as “roles that can export”, but it looks that doesn’t exist.

If you can’t think of anything we can do directly in Kadence Blocks, it’s no big deal. If I need to, I’ll just write a script to get the data from the database and export it.

Thank you for writing.

Currently, there’s no function for infinite scrolling in Kadence Post Grid/Carousel block. You can add your vote to this existing feature request: https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-blocks/feature-requests/post-grid-carousel-block-infinite-scroll/

Filter and pagination do not work together because of how the filter function works. It is a simple filter that filters the available posts on the page, therefore it might get confusing to users if the posts are separated into pages and the filter is only applied to the posts on the current page.

There’s also an existing feature request that you can add your vote to:

You could use the Gutenberg Navigation block and put the categories as the primary means of filtering the posts. You could also do that in the sidebar.

Are you referring to the Portfolio on the home page? If so, you can use this CSS:

}

You can add the codes in Theme Options > Advanced Settings > Custom CSS.

The Virtue theme does not have an option for transparent headers like our other themes. You can see our theme comparison here.

We can assist you with custom CSS code to achieve a similar header as the one on your “[email protected]” image. There was a previous custom CSS that Ben provided but I am unsure if this will still work with the latest versions. Could you send us your website URL so we can test the custom code for your header’s current setup?

You’re right. If I create custom attributes for a specific product, they will appear as swatch options but their labels are not showing. When I checked Products > Attributes, those custom attributes are not listed too. I believe this is the reason why the labels are not showing on our swatches.

I have sent a note about this to our development team so they can check further. For now, please create the attributes in Products > Attributes to make sure their labels will be recognized.

In Kadence Theme: I want to display blog posts inside another page (‘News’) using the Posts/Grid Carousel and have them show on the front end using infinite scroll.

The “Infinite Scroll for Blog?” option in Customizer > General > Infinite Scroll has been activated. But on the front end, infinite scroll is not showing. In my page, ‘News’, I can only see the option to display x number of posts (max seems to be 300) – that is not ideal as it literally loads 300 posts onto the page (takes time)…

I know I can activate infinite scroll if I assign the “News” page to be the ‘posts page’ in settings, however, I’ve got other content I want to show in that News page too, hence to use the Posts Grid option.

What other option is there?

Hi … I have been trying without success to show a popup after clicking a button. I’d like the popup to appear centered horizontally and vertically, yet have the button appear somewhere on the page ala fixed elements, but how do I make a popup? I’ve managed to simulate that using an html block linking to a content type element. This works ok except for the styling of the html. I’ts beyond my ken! Is there an easy way??

I believe this is expected as based on WordPress user roles and capabilities, Editors can do the capabilities listed here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/

However, if you want to edit the default WordPress user roles and capabilities, you can use a 3rd-party plugins like Members or User Role Editor or something similar.

We are using the Kadence Form Block on a couple of pages. My customers logs in to WordPress with an Editor account. While they can view and delete form responses, they cannot export them.

When I log in as an Admin there is a button the forms layout in the admin panel that lets me export data. Is there any way to get this feature to show up for users who have Editor access?

I apologize, I really cannot replicate the issue. I tried replicating your setup from the previous screen recording you sent us but the parent menu item on my menu is still working – https://share.getcloudapp.com/4gueE7jY. In order for us to replicate the issue exactly how you do it, could you list down the steps on how you set up your header?

On the other hand, there are free hosting services on which you can try and upload your current work from your local host. This way, you can give us a page URL and we can inspect your menu’s styles. For your reference, you can see this post.

Please could you send a screenshot of which parts are you having issues with line-height? This should let us know which sections to inspect to see the styles being applied to the texts.

If you’re referring to the post excerpt texts on the page you sent, I can see that the line-height that they’re using is 1.8. However, since you have the WP Fastest Cache plugin, I cannot see which plugin or theme styles it is coming from. Here’s a screenshot for your reference – https://share.getcloudapp.com/7Kukrxej.

Please could you try deactivating the CSS minify temporarily? If that is not something you can allow, kindly reach out to us to either of these links and send us temporary admin access so we can better check it:

Hi all,

Building another client site with the beautiful Kadence. Some of the elements I decided to use came from the wireframe pack. Specifically Grid 1 & Grid 2. These came out beautifully. After optimizing the page, I moved on to doing some accessibility tests. I noticed browsing the page with a tab skips the grid sections entirely. I was wondering if it was possible in future versions to consider adding a tabindex option for these sections to make them more accessible. If anyone has some tips or I’m overlooking a setting somewhere, please let me know. The site is really coming together, but this is throwing me for a loop!
