Hello, we are currently using the Virtue Premium theme for our website at http://www.thebespokelifestyle.com.
We are experiencing a number of issues around the Kadence Slider Pro.
First, it doesn’t display in Safari, what does display is a small blue box with a question make in it. Functions fine on other browsers, just not Safari.
Second, we wanted to try Slider Pro on the mobile site, so we enabled it to only experience it not functioning at all, the slides did not display at all. Set the Mobile Home page in the Theme options to not display a slider, but it still shows up after numerous cache clean ups, what did I do wrong?
Finally, for now at least, the “Placement Image” shows up in the header area of the mobile site and I’m not sure how to get rid of it. I’ve deleted the actual image from the media library, but it’s sure is persistent and still displays. How do you disable this in the menu options and how would I add a new one. It wouldn’t be so bad if the image was at least compatible with our websites theme.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIs there a way to make every page have a wider margin on the left. Content is almost flush with the margins now. I am not using Page Builder on most because of issues with another plug in for login/log out issues between site origin editor widgets. So, for now, want to have left margin wider.
Is there an existing settings option for this in VP? Help appreciated.

Sorry. I still have an issue with the animated text using site origin editor. I separated out the animated text and it worked that way. But is there a way to have the animated text with changed font size and color happen only for the animated text and not other content within site origin editor widget.
It looks like when I separate out to do the animated text, the logged out redirect for the page doesn’t work for all content (that has 3 site origin widgets). FYI…I am using WP-Member plug in for login/logout function.
Is there a way when using just visual editor instead of Page Builder that animated text is the only thing affected by change in font size and color?
Help appreciated.

I have another issue with animated on another page. It doesn’t seem to hold your code for animated text inside Page Builder using Site Origin Editor. It basically removed css code you gave and only shows “typed text” as the content. Any solutions?
Here’s the code I used for animated text in Member Home page (http://waterstone.celebratingyourjourney.com/member-homepage/). Since it’s blocked for logged out users, I don’t think you can see the content where I have the animated text.
[kt_typed first_sentence=”REALTOR & CONTRACTOR GATE CODES!” startdelay=”500″ loop=”true”]. Then I made the words red and header 4. But without success within Page Builder.

Spoke too soon… Although it works on my iOS device, when I open the page on my MacOS-Sierra devices, I only get a 3-ball progress bar and no content, like it’s trying to load. Import of demo data was complete and all plugins are installed. Help!

I want to build a new shop-page where all the products are listed and my product categories. This – https://www.schusters-shrub.de/shop – will be the main shoppage in woocommerce. Hey Hanna,
In Settings > Page Builder > General you can enable Products in the Post Types and this will allow you to use page builder in adding content to your product description. Is that what you mean?Hannah

1. There isn’t a built in way to make the topbar blend with the header, but you can remove the space by setting the logo top spacing to 0 in Theme Options > Main Settings.2. I would suggest using page builder. Then you can create a row and set the row layout to full width stretched.

1. I am wonder if you could help with the look of the site on a tablet (not mobile). The site is lionsandcraneswholesale.com. I am wondering about the logo and menu.
A) On a tablet the logo is very close to the menu- how can I make it more spacious? Aka in style with the desktop view.
B) Arrows in menu showing a sub-menu is on a tablet very close to the text, again how can I add more space? So it looks in style with the desktop view.
2. When on mobile, or shrinking the page the Login / My Account disappears? I have noticed that this does not happens on the demo site. Any clues? Could you tell me what I have done wrong.

Hello Kadence support!
As far as I understand it, there is currently no way of building the woocommerce-shop-page in pagebuilder?
I tried that and in preview it looks good. When I connect it to woocommerce, the layout gets messed up.Can you tell me if there is or will be a way of integrating siteorigin into the woocommerce shop-page, or is it impossible?

I have to customize the product page templates a little for a client and one of the things they want is the product title to be full width like a normal title, then the image large below that.Do I need to modifty the template or jsut the css to make it full width and put the product image under it?

Hi there (it’s Kerry again), I have 2 questions please:
1) is it possible to have the logo / header image either encompassing the topbar so it’s one continual image or when I turn off the top bar making the image cover all the way to the top without the white line?
2) Is there a way of making a content background stretch full width? If you see on my home page there is a section of text that has a coloured background, ideally I’d like to be able to have the coloured area the full width keeping inline with headers and footers.

There isn’t an option for two widget areas on the homepage. What I would suggest is using the home icon menu and for your design studio and blog paragraphs. You don’t actually have to add icons. Then you can use the home widget area to add a button below your blog posts. Would that work for you?Hannah

Seems I have a catch 22 here. Previously I created ticket#110846 back on August 31th, 2016 on a problem I was having with my images not sizing up probably in my Shop and Ben had recommended I turn off the Image ratio (see notes below for fix at time). This fixed the image issue as now the images where fitting probably and where viewing perfectly. Now in retrospect I realize in order to accomplish this I would lose the flip option. Is there anything I could do where I could keep the image size the way it is but still have the Rotating Flip option too? Javier

In your theme options > shop settings scroll down to the Product Image Sizes and turn off Enable Product Image Aspect Ratio on Catalog pages.
Go to woocommerce settings > products > display and set the catalog image size to whatever you want and MAKE SURE TO TURN OFF HARD CROP
Install this plugin and regenerate your images: https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn your themes, when you go to your page on a mobile device, it shows the word MENU with the icon for menu. and its below the header. I have tried various methods and can’t get the same result for my client. We are getting japanese/chinese character directly to the right of the header. I am using “Use simple mobile header?” Y and if I don’t, I get a very small logo.
