Hi Paul,
Are you already using a soundcloud plugin to display your player? You can create custom tabs for your products from Theme Options > Product Settings. Then you can add content to the tabs from each product page. Does that work for you?

Hi Hannah,

I’ve cleared my cache and viewed the page incognito and the issue is still the same. My page builder shows the right text, but the actual page shows old text. When I preview or view the page, it shows the old text instead of the text that is now in page builder. Please help!! I’m at a total loss.

I created page and set up it by home page (reading menu). But all content that i added into page not displayed. And then i set up this page back to usual page, content goes back.

Is it possible to have on every product page its own soundcloud link with <iframe>
As cd label I want to make for every cd product its own playlist with soundcloud.
So next to the product description about the composer and so on, the soundcloud player in a separate column.
I am using the Virtue premium theme.

Hey Anna,
So you can’t actually use a specific page template on the homepage as the home page template will automatically override any other template. You can use this css to remove the header on your homepage:

.home .headerclass {
    display: none;
}

You can paste that into your custom css box in Theme Options > Advanced Settings.

hello I’m creating a slider for my home page with kadence pro slider. After i create my slides, add text and save, then refresh my homepage, the text doesnt show up. Then sometimes only one text layer will show and not the second. any suggestons

I would like to center a button that says “MORE BLOG POSTS” at the bottom of my homepage. My home layout currently consists of a “Home Widget Area” area followed by “Page Content” which is my latest blog posts. (This is the only format that would allow a preview of the most recent posts to be displayed in a format that looked good).

Is there anyway to add a button that links to my blog at the bottom of the homepage since I’ve already used the “Home Widget Area” at the top of the page?

I have been trying for a couple days to put a meta tag on my home page. It is “google apps for work”. I have tried using a plugin without much success. I have the tag:
<meta name=”google-site-verification” content=”blahblahblahandsoforth” /> I just can’t get it in there. There must be a simple way to manually add this tag. Don’t know much PHP. Thanks

OK… I turned back on the header and footer scripts and I saw the box labeled Header and Footer Scripts” that I had not seen the first time I did it. I added the Google Analytics code so that it would go in the header between <head> and </header>.

But, I wonder if that is working because I refreshed the page that went to my website and then I went into my Google Analytics account and I clicked on “Real Time> Overview ” and I’m being told that no one is looking at my website… maybe I need to give it time. I’ll check tomorrow and see what it’s reporting.

Another question… if I go to “Theme Options> Advanced Settings” and if I enter my Google Analytics Tracking ID (example: UA-########-#), what does that do? What if I left it blank?

You never should edit files to add tracking code. Once you turn on enabled the header and footer scripts reload the page. Then you will see theme options > header and footer scripts. Add your code there.

I’m trying to add Google Analytics tracking to my pages also and I’m having trouble.

When I go to Appearance> Editor> Templates> header.php all I get is the following:

/*
Empty on purpose.

I get the same thing when I go to Appearance> Editor> Templates> footer.php

So, how do I get Google Analytics to track all of my pages?

I went to “theme options > theme extensions” and enabled the header and footer scripts… but, what does that do?

Yes I’m using fullwidth slider. Anyway I did some tests: on another PC it’s working like it should on Chrome, Firefox and Edge. On my laptop I tried with Edge and it works. I tried logging out and it’s still off the page. I really don’t know what to think.

On a side note, when I was testing on the other PC I noticed that on Firefox the header ‘follows’ the page when scrolling (and it doesn’t shrink and that’s okay), while on Chrome and Edge it doesn’t stick.

It’s the first site that I create and it feels like trying to control something that can’t, wow.

Hey,
Are you referring to the product image flip? You can enable this from Theme Options > Shop Settings. Just make sure you have added product gallery images in your product page.
