How do I get the marker over the location on the contact page please?
I have tried the full address and just the postcode. In forum: Virtue ThemeIn forum: Virtue ThemeHi,
I have three accordion tabs on my services page and with each one I have a slightly thicker border on the left-hand side.
At the moment they are all the same colour. I am wondering is possible to use a different colour for each one? If so, I do I go

Question 1 y 2 is solved.

About question 4, the most difficult, show http://neanails.com/?page_id=439 before any changes the only code contains was [product_categories number=”12″ parent=”0″ columns=”3″] but with PAGE BUILDER I add widget Categories of Woocommerce, and that’s what I want, but in a left sidebar next to the drawers categoryIn forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Change heading on search result page
Hi Ben, and thanks for reply!
This custom css is for the graphic of the sidebar widget. Well, I am not too good at this – at least I think that’s what it is.
Would this be in conflict with changing the header of this page?

I would like to translate the heading “Search results for” into Swedish.
Thanks once again!

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Map problems
I am assisting a friend to set up a website for a small organisation and upgraded from Virtue free to Virtue premium today. I got an API key to use maps in Virtue Premium, and the key seems to have worked as I got ticks beside the two boxes. On the contact page I used the Contact template and ticked the Use Map option in Contact Page Options. I set the address to Point Wells, Warkworth, New Zealand. I keep getting a map for La Couciere which presumably is in France. Then it goes grey with this massage:
Oops! Something went wrong.
This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details. As I downloaded and installed it a few hours ago I am wondering what I do now.

2nd update.
I manually added the theme by FTPing the extracted files into /wp-content/themes. The transfer was reported (fileZilla) as successful and a refresh of the themes page within the backend of my WordPress dashboard shows the theme installed. Problem: Nothing here that works. The Live Preview button and the Activate button both return the 500 – Internal server error.
By the way, before doing this I downloaded a fresh copy of virtue_premium.zip.
All of this process works as expected with a different theme. virtue_premium.zip is the only one that does not work. I am running WordPress version 4.6.

Hello Hannah,
I implemented the CSS you provided and it looks like I desire. Thank you for that.
For questions 3, 4, 5, and 9 the site address is http://calichips.net/theatre/ When you look at the site keep in mind this is a demo site to try to get a community theater company to move to responsive theme, use social media tools, etc. It’s rough, for my learning, and hopefully to show them something more than words.
I did not know of the Chrome Inspect tool but used it to fix the drop down menu width after some investigating with that tool. Here are those questions:
3) The top bar is wider left to right (touches edges of screen) than the header. How do I get the top bar to have the same width as the header?
4) In the vcard the city / state text is flush left to the screen; prefer it to line up on the left underneath the street address. Possible?
5) Footer #4 lists bulleted blog post titles; background text color is defaulting to something. How do I get no bullets and change the background color?
9) Is there a way of placing the menu icon above the menu text, with a bigger icon, as was seen using the Virtue theme?
For question 7 about the calendar I checked the “Display” tab in the calendar settings and the option is “Default Page Template”. There is no option to select a fullwidth template like there was in Virtue theme. Somewhere I’m assuming in Pinnacle there is an option to select the default page type but I be darned if I can find it.
Thanks for your help. Much appreciated.
John

Can I jump in here with a similar problem? I have been trying to upload this theme for a few days now with no success. First I was having errors that said the URL was too long so I created a subdomain I am calling bingo.bvwebdesigns.com. Brand new. Nothing ever in here.
I loaded WordPress into the subdomain. No problems.
Then I tried to upload the virtue premium theme (virtue_premium.zip). Have done this many times but even followed your tutorial exactly. WordPress gets hung Up every time I try this during the Installation. I get the:Installing Theme from uploaded file: virtue_premium.zip
Unpacking the package…And that is it. I have deleted the subdomain and recreated it and tried again. No luck. I have even loaded a different theme to ensure the WordPress App is installed and working properly. Different theme loads right up.
Getting pretty frustrated. With all these issues here in this forum obviously others are at least getting it loaded. Would love to get that far! Had visions of loading the demo pages and modifying them to meet my needs but at this point, just need the theme to load.
In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: The Events Calendar – Hide Title Page & Sidebar
September 6, 2016 at 2:57 pm #111710Ben that worked!! thank you!!!. In the theme there is a Sitewide Footer Call to Action. I want to use it throughout the theme just not in the events page. Anyway to hide that in the event pages as well?
And last question the look and fell of the calendar I’m assuming I have to use CSS to make changes….where would I add those CSS changes to the calendar page since I can’t edit the page? Do I use the style.css or the functions php?

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Change "Default Template" Width
September 6, 2016 at 1:26 pm #111693Default isn’t really the template you should do this with… It’s not assigning a template which basically doesn’t make it as selectable. I suggest since you have a sidebar that you use the “sidebar” page template. Then you can add this css:
.page-template-page-sidebar #content { max-width: 600px; }Ben

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Slider on "archive category" pages
September 6, 2016 at 12:37 pm #111673yeah the wordpress categories description don’t run through a “do shortcode” so you can’t use that. It’s not an option to add a slider there. You can make your own pages using the blog template choose to only show one category and add your slider shortcode to it.
else you would need to use a child theme to add something like this into the archives

September 6, 2016 at 12:35 pm #111672Sure, you can do this with css. What is your link? are you wanting this to apply to all or just the home page?

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Virtue theme indexed by google but pinnacle dont
September 6, 2016 at 12:21 pm #111659Hey, so yeah the theme has nothing to do with this. You need to install yoast or any other good SEO plugin and start working your meta descriptions. Also Links to your page will effect the ranking more then anything else. The more good links the better.
