Theme not loaded correctly

Hi Ben,
I have tried endlessly to correct the problem with the theme. It says it is already loaded. My site looks a mess and I feel completely frustrated. I paid for a service with Ipage for support and they are calling in the morning. If I cannot rectify the problem can I get a refund. I will try another theme. Right now I cannot even get my site to open into other themes.
