Yes, polylang is fine the conflict is when polyland and pagebuilder are activated. You can’t have both or you get this issue.

Hey Marjorie,
Split Content is a widget (Virtue: Split Content). You can enable from Appearance > Widgets. Or you can use page builder and add it that way. Let me know if you need further help!

Its probably really simple, but I cant remove “featured News” from my homepage.

I have disabled all layout options under theme options/the homepage tab.

Hi,

I just upgraded my Virtual Premium 2.x.x theme to 3.8.5 but the Theme Options is not working at all – just a blank screen or HTTP ERROR 500. I’m using child theme but this shouldn’t be problem. I’m using WooCommerce and WP is just upgraded to 4.6. Could you please help me? I already reinstalled the theme (deleted and uploaded again) without effect. These pages are causing problems:

Hey Marjorie,
When you activated the theme you are automatically redirected to a getting started page. You can go back there by going to apperance > getting started in your wordpress admin. There you will see tabs and one is “recommended plugins” click on that and you can install all the plugins.

I installed the Virtue theme, and then installed the import plugin. When I try to run the Kadence Importer I get:

Please help me with my trouble on the portfolio configuration.
My problem is that i have on the “Home” page layout configured 2 portfolio zones one “carousel” and one “full portfolio”
each of them are targeting different portfolio categories. The portfolio category type target did work with 2 languages (WMPL), but it doesn’t work anymore.
In the main language the portfolios are rendered as proper, in the other languages the portfolios are empty.

In the backend the customizer UI I can do settings as normal, when I switch in the backend the language then usually all settings are the same as for the other language – except from the portfolio category type setting.

I just logged in. Scrolled through posts and pages. Didn’t see anything off. It’s possible your seeing something strange due to browser caching or a browser extension. Can you tell me what browser your using? Have you made sure to clear your cache?

Hey,
In general you should never edit files to add meta.

I would strongly suggest using an SEO plugin like Yoast SEO.

If you must do it yourself still do not edit code. Simply go to the theme options > theme extensions and enable the header and footer scripts. Reload the page and use the header and footer scripts tab to add in your meta content.

Hey,
So polylang and pagebuilder have a conflict. This has been reported to both plugins but up till not neither has bothered to fix. So you can use a plugin like WPML or turn off pagebuilder.

I’ve deactivated pagebulder so you can see this working.

When I look at the bottom of your page you don’t have them gallery showing? You seems to be using a different gallery system.

I was making a new page and I scrolled down to write the sub-header but I noticed something weird below and it was a whole lot of new weird options which were running out of the screen.
I couldn’t read them because as I said, they were running out of the screen.
The heading was pinnacle shortcodes and then down below it, was hundreds of options, all running out of the screen. It’s kinda really weird because I never saw any such thing before.
Can you please do something about it??

I am having an issue with my logo and menu. When the page is viewed large, everything looks great.

1. When I decrease the browser width to force it to “mobile view”, the logo starts to shrink. Is there a way to keep that at the max size throughout (until it needs to shrink to fit on mobile screens?

2. When the browser width shrinks to a certain point, the mobile menu drops below the logo and the logo is then centered. Is there a way to force the logo to stay left-justified while the menu stays to the right?

For fixing both of these options, I tried activating the “mobile menu” option. However, it doesn’t look right as the logo shrinks too much and the top and bottom padding gets messed up. I’ve never had this option on before and up until last week, it worked perfectly.
