Somehow I have managed to get my site all messed up. I think the fix will be in the permalinks but I cannot figure it out. I cannot navigate off my blog. I just made the page cats to see if it would work. Not a chance.

Hi Hannah,
The image is ok with this code, see the page, but I need the title much smaller, like in the other two columns, and icons like in the other two columns for date, author, categories and comments.
Thank you,
Nicolae
I’m using the blog grid template on my blog page. They are no all equally lined up. How do I turn off the masonry feature so that all the posts are lined up and equally spaced? Thanks.
Hey Geargiy,
Just to clarify you don’t need to use the child theme to get the mosaic gallery. It’s part of the virtue theme, the child theme just shows the portfolio masonry with some different styles.
See here: http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/mosaic-gallery/
To add one simply click “add media” on a page. In the popup click on “create gallery” in the left hand side. Then choose your images. Once you have them picked click the “create gallery” in the bottom right corner. on that page you will see your gallery options on the right side. There you can choose the gallery style and select masonry.
In terms of using the virtue bold just install it like you would any theme. (your can see here for how you installed virtue premium).
http://docs.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/installation/
And activate it.

Hey Paulien,
All of these settings can be overridden from within the blog page. Go to your blog edit page and set the settings to default. Let me know if this doesn’t work for you and if not please provide a link to your site.

Hi Kevin,
That seem to not have effect. The top bar banner still goes beyond the page when I try on mobile.
(If possible please view on a mobile device to see) are there other things we could try?
Many thanks!
Hi,
I’m been using the ‘blog’ template on a few of my pages to pull through a selection of posts based on category. I was just wondering if it was possible to pull them in by a selected tag instead? I know how to view a ‘Tag Page’, but I’d like to customise it with images/text. I’ve tried using a shortcode, but you lose the pagination.
Is there a way to have a customisable and paginated page with a feed of posts pulled through based on a selected tag?
Thanks
I would like to hide/disable the logo and menu from the homepage. And I would like to show the logo and menu on all other pages.

Resolved – sorry about that. Did not specify home page as primary.

I’ve tried adjusting settings for the blog page, through theme options, but it doesn’t seem to work. For instance, I had it set for Blog Grid, and to now show archive and recent posts in the sidebar. To not show the sidebar at all, actually. But, the blog page still looks the same, seems to have a mind of its own.
Any idea how I can fix this?
Thank you!
Paulien
Dear support,
I am having issues with the background image of the two image menu items: actually they do not show up!
Can you please help?
The link to the page is *Login to see link Ideally I would like to create a Box with an image on top, a title, description and link to an external page. I could easily do that using PageBuilder but I am trying without.
Thanks

Where is option to turn off the page titles?
Hi Hannah,
I didn’t pay attention to this button till now. It is a great tool, thank you. I used it on the test page https://www.setthings.com/en/0-2/ but i do not know why the post do not extend on all width, see it on the test page. I used the shortcode [blog_grid orderby=date items=1 columns=1 cat=category]

Related issue, Kevin or Ben:
Perhaps I am not adding the menu item correctly:
I’d like the Resources in Footer 4 to reside in BOITH the Main home page menu & in the bottom right Footer 4 Resources area.. Maybe I am targeting this wrongly for the footer.

In selecting Menus for my #4 footer… Can I duplicate menusfrom the homepage main menu? For example can I use Home menu in the #4 footer even though it is used on the main menu home page, as well?
Thanks,

in your settings > reading. What is your setting for posts per page? Try matching that with your staff as a test.
