Some time ago you had given me the css below to hide prices on the Featured Products home page carousel:

.home-product .product_item .product_price {
display: none;
}

}

This doesn’t seem to be working anymore (i.e. prices are showing). Not sure why my css has two versions of what seems to be the same. Maybe I messed it up at some point – perhaps this is why?

Thanks for a quick replay.

I could remove ‘on’ and ‘with’ by adding   into ‘Post Data ON text’ and ‘Post Comment WITH text’ box. But before making any changes I noticed on my multilingual page that when using English it is showing correctly number of comments. When using other language (e.g. Estonian) it is just showing Comments without number but both posts have comments included.

1) English page:
Hello, World!
on 5.08.2016 with 2 Comments

2) Other language (Estonian):
Hello, World!
on 5.08.2016 with Comments

Do I miss here something?

Perhaps you have the site in the cache. So it works correctly. After clearing cache you can see what I mean, I think. Redirecting is all right for all pages except homepage. And I set the site URL to https.

Hi I’m doing this site and I want to either:

a) put an image as backgroung in the header (Where the menu and logo are)

or

b) use a kadence slider in other pages, but I don’t want the same image at all pages. I want to be able to change them

Well.. improvement but still having problems.

The

gutters still exist

even though I set them to 0 in the Page Builder settings and in the rows :((((

They changed slightly but not really.

And centering the text that way is brilliant… except for two problems:

1. When it’s aligned with the section below on the desktop (iMac), then on the laptop there appears to be too much padding on the left and right… in other words it is not aligned with the secttion below on the laptop (I want it to align with the image menu).

2. I don’t seem to have the option to stretch this row to the full width of the page.

Here’s the page that’s generated when a question is created:

http://thumbfan.com/question/test-question/

The breadcumb on the page will be: DWQA Questions › Category: General › Test question

If you click on DWQA Questions, takes you to a page where all the questions are listed, and that page is created in virtue with the fullwidth template, no issues there.

If you click on Category: General or Test question, you will see the sidebar. Those pages are generated by the plugin and cannot be edited.

You can set the row gutter margin for your page builder rows from Settings > Page Builder.
As for the padding, I would actually recommend doing this from within page builder. You can create a row with three columns leaving the first and third blank, and adding your text to the center column. Does that work for you?

1. ONLY if your wanting a video on each. but… “If you want all your posts to have the same image make that one the default ”

2. You can set the transparent header menu colors to white in your theme options > site header.

Which pages are you not wanting white?

That isn’t an option. The image carousel is only an option as a header. You can have a gallery carousel or portfolio post carousel but those will not act exactly like the image carousel which is fullwidth.

so for an example open a row in page-builder and set the row to fullwidth then add a carousel widget to the row and set the carousel to portfolio.

Ok in your theme options > theme extensions enabled the “header and footer scripts”

Then reload the page after you save.

You will see an option in the theme options for header and footer scripts. There add this code into the footer scripts.

You can set the Post Excerpt Length in Theme Options > Blog Options. Or you can create a custom post excerpt for each post from the edit post pages.

Below that you have the icon menu, featured products carousel, portfolio carousel, latest blog posts, then page content (the call to action you see was added to a static home page through page builder. You would need to set your homepage as a static page from Settings > Reading then enable Page Content in the homepage layout manager in Theme Options > Home Layout). All of that can be enabled in Theme Options > Home Layout.

How can I tell what it’s doing?

Somehow in the learning curve i wound up with a SiteOrigin Editor in my page layout instead of the PageBuilder thin i’ve been used to using. Who’s SiteOreigin, does it do the same as VisualEditor? Which do you reccommend using?
