In your quick redirects plugin you have a redirect set for anyone trying to go to the cart to be redirected to the shop page…

I think thats your only problem. I can’t think of why you would add that but thats not something you should have so remove it and you should be set.
Also looking you really shouldn’t have line 12 either.

Can you send me a temp login to your site.

If you go to woocommerce > settings > checkout. There are two select boxes and both of those are set to different pages one for cart one for checkout?

In your settings permalinks what is your permalink setting?

Hello. I am having a problem with the sidebar widget area on this website: *Login to see link The League Tables that are in the sidebar used to fit that area ok without having a horizontal scroll-bar to view all the current columns in the widget such as GP W L PTS. After updating the theme template the rows of the League Tables seem to have expanded height-wise. The tables can also feature the team logos as shown on the full league table shown here: *Login to see link but if you notice the sidebar on that page that feature the logos and name of team the logo is not showing beside the name but instead above the name of the team. The full league table which is shown in the main body of the page shows the logo beside the name which leads me to believe the font size of the widget and line height got messed up some how. How can I edit the font size and line height for the rows displayed in the widget if that is even possible by CSS?
Hopefully I explained it clear enough but if you need more info I will try to provide it.

Just one thing.. if i open my site on mobile… I can see a huge gap between the banner for mobile page and Reactor design content…
Any way we could reduce the gap…

My add to cart button is not working. I have a customer trying to purchase something when they click the “view cart” button it leads nowhere, it just goes back to shop page. I tested it out and it is indeed doing this. It won’t let customer access to checkout.

I double checked woocommerce settings and did an add in anything missing just in case even though it says cart is there. I also checked theme settings to see if there was anything but I cannot figure it out. This customer is trying to place an order so if you are able to help asap, would SO appreciate it.

The only I could do was add the primary menu shop icon and it look horrible sitting in middle and tiny. That lets you put cursor over it and click through there to checkout but it is not intuitive.

Also the increase in font size for topbar won’t work, the css code is following:

font-size: 20px;
}

Hello Ben,

Thank you so much! That helped a lot.

I went to Theme Options > Logo Options and changed both of the “Pinnacle” logos there to 1x and 2x versions, respectively, of my own logo. Despite looking everywhere for how to change this, the “Pinnacle” logo still appears boldly at the top-left of every page, and my logo appears only when scrolling down the page.

This is the case on the home and every page throughout the site.

How do I remove the “Pinnacle” stationary logo in the top-left of all pages throughout the entire site so that my logo appears correctly in its place?

Also this is a problem for my site.
I have enable transparent header, I also have WP Super Cache. This is a test to try out Kadence Slider Pro.
It worked at one point, but not longer work.

There isn’t a setting I was only refering to making sure that https was enabled while you were viewing the page. Meaning the url for the page was https then when you set options those options like images will also have an https url.

I just looked at your site and I’m not seeing https. But if you change to https the whole database needs to be updated with that new https string. See here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/

I’m working with a non-profit that is using the Pinnacle theme for their website and their volunteers submit lots of digital photos at different sizes that we want to use on the website. I know WordPress will create different sizes of your images when you upload, what I’m wondering is do you have an ideal size/resolution an image should be to begin with when uploading to WordPress that works best with your theme? I want to recommend sizes/resolution for the home page full width, full height slider, the headers and images on content pages so that we have clear images without the bulk of the full 4000+ px file size. Any recommendations you can give would be great, thanks.
