    Hey,

    No I have only “Home page” set in Settings/reading.

    I tried several times to reset permalinks and also set them to default settings and setting them again to my normal setting but that doesn’nt change anything.

    I guess that the problem lies in permalinks as for products I tried to change the personnalized settings and that led to the same problems : impossible to view products page and preview is impossible.. I had to revert to my initial setting and for products it worked again ! And of course each time I saved the permalinks, delete the cache…

    Hi
    I’ve been using kadence slider legacy for a while and i like it, but its limited so i decided to use kadence slider pro for better customization, but the same image i use in kadence slider legacy doesn’t display correctly on mobile with kadence slider pro. i have the same setting on both sliders, the same images, but for some reason can’t make kadence slider pro display the image correctly. my images are 1200px-w and 860px-H, i have set to fullwidth.

    the images with kadence slider legacy fit my whole mobile screen, but the same image with kadence slider pro doesn’t. on iPhone the slider is very small and on samsung the slider doesn’t display(only the arrows at the bottom display)and the text caption is out of the slider.

    Would you please help me to fix this issue with kadence slider pro. i really want to use this slider and it took me a lot of time creating every slider.
    the page is http://www.yadiihair.com/home-3/

    Thank you!!

    Hello i just bougth virtue premium.
    Really nice theme i must say , but i wont have “produkter” and “default sorting” to show on top of page (

    How do i remove that ?

    Regards Lennart

    Sorry, totally missed that. Are you wanting the icon after add to cart on the shop page? Try adding this to your custom css box in Theme Options > Advanced Settings:

    a.button.product_type_variable.add_to_cart_button.kad-btn.headerfont.kad_add_to_cart:after {
        content: "e0c1";
    }

    Still am not sure what you mean by adding links to your account page…

    Hey,
    Do you have a page set as your posts page (settings > reading)? If so, you should remove that and leave it blank.

    What do you mean “all sidebars”? Have you already created a new sidebar from Theme Options > Misc Settings and added content from Appearance > Widgets?

    I was using the relatively new “WordPress Cache Enabler”
    https://www.keycdn.com/support/wordpress-cache-enabler-plugin/

    I now switched to W3 cache per your recommendations.
    Yet another issue came up which I saw was already brought up in the support forum –
    It serves desktop browsers with the mobile ‘light’ version of the Home Page Slider.

    Since I did not want to disable cache for Home Page, I disabled the option for a “lighter” mobile slider.
    But I noticed that now on mobile the slider remains with its same height.

    Is there a way to cause the main slider to be responsive such that on narrower screens it simply reduces its width/height??
    (I’m using “Fullwidth Slider”)

    Working on a new slider and trying to use a background picture that will be true full screen no matter if is desktop view or mobile view.

    I have tried Auto, Cover and Contain. The background pic sizes “correctly” in Contain mode but is not full screen. When using the Auto or Cover mode the pic is full screen but not size down to fit properly in mobile view.

    The link to the test slider is

    slide 2 is in Cover mode and slide 4 is in Contain mode.

    Thanks,
    Chris

    When I added the code above it did center the logo but pushed the menu selector down in the page.

    Hi Kevin,

    It’s an intranet site and limited to my university so I don’t have a link to share. However, I’m using Virtue 3.7.9 and it’s in the Virtue shortcodes options when editing a page (near the “add media” button). Hope this helps.

    This is the code it generates if you select 3 columns (Virtue Shortcodes > Columns > 3 Columns)

    [columns] [span4]

    add content here

    [/span4][span4]

    add content here

    [/span4][span4]

    add content here

    [/span4][/columns]

    The CSS is in /virtue_premium/assets/css/virtue.css. Thanks!

    Hi Kevin,

    I appreciate your effort, but its not about the plugin. I just want to determine which PHP file in the theme that list all blog posts. Then i will just add a “class” so that a post content will be shown in a lightbox instead of opening it in another page.

    Thank you.

    Thanks, Kevin. I tried the first option and it made the mobile menu disappear, though there was a blank sticky area on each page. I tried the second option and it didn’t seem to have any effect at all on the mobile side, though it did make the logo shrink on the desktop when I scrolled.

    After woocommerce update, products not displaying correctly in product carroussel on home page and also not displaying correctly on products page. The products also dong flip. There use to be at least 12 products listed per page and now just shows one. I found 4 woocommerce templates that didn’t automatically update into Prem Virtue theme’s templates and I had to manually copy those templates from the woocommerce plugin templates into the themes templates. WordPress system detected that the templates were working after I did that but it did not correct my problem with the products. The 4 templates i corrected were for product and single product. Can anybody help me resolve this problem. this is the 1st time i made a site. Thank you.

    Hey,
    I just tried on a lot of versions of IE. Including 11. I didn’t have any issue like your saying. The only thing I saw was that on edge your dokan plugin was causing some errors but that had to do with loading.

    EI is the worst browser for little bugs and things but based on what your saying it looks like it seems there is a javascript error on the page.

    If you can right click and click inspect. Then look at the console and let me know what error shows up there?

    Hey,
    For the sidebar make sure the page you set to be the home page is not using the fullwidth page template.

    You can add this css for the font:

    .footerclass .virtue_image_widget_caption {
        font-size: 16px;
    }

    Hey,
    They work fine for what they are designed to do. But you can’t make the shop page a page-builder page (two conflicting loops) and on a product page your “post content” is only that which shows in the description tab. The other content is pulled in through woo templates.

    #104923

    Hey,
    You can’t use pagebuilder on a product, or you can it just will only effect the styling of the description tab.

    In terms of a blog page if you want to have pagination you have to use a template to pull in posts as it would make those posts the main loop. Using pagebuilder you can add posts to any section with the visual editor widget and shortcodes but you wouldn’t get pagination.

    FWIW, I noticed that I needed to fix my CSS for the new my account pages. See screenshot

    I already fixed it myself . This is just to let you know that this CSS is not the best IMHO and others might into the same issues. I think it would be better if also the my-account pages would stick with the Theme option settings.

    Just FYI, no reply necessary.

    Hey, sorry about the delay, I’ve been out for several days with the birth of my first child. This does seem to be a theme issue with category pages that don’t have a sidebar. I’ll get an update out as soon as I can with a fix.

    The settings for the demo site are 600x600px for product page images in woocommerce> Settings> products> display.

    I think the reason that your images area looking distorted is because they are so small:

    You should use larger images so they can be displayed optimally for all displays:

    Does that help?
