permalink settings are set to custom … asepaleco.com/ … I just added a forward slash to the custom box and saved it. It isn’t a post that is the issue, it is a page asepaleco.com/donate (this is one of the pages that isn’t working. The page has no parent, so it is not a child page. Sorry I can’t send you an active link for the page! Let me know if I can get you any more info though

Hey,
1. All the the theme demos use the Kadence Slider now so all the demo content would be with the Kadence slider. Make sure you have the latest version of the Kadence Slider 2.0.6 before importing.

For demo content 3 you can get the three slider zips here too:

2. That would just be set in your widget, importing content can be tricky with certain widgets when certain items are also being imported at the same time. The menu widget just needs to point to the correct menu. If you go to appearance > widgets you can change which menu is assigned to that widget.

Hey, Is it possible there is a post with the same url? That can cause conflicts, have you tried editing the url for the page?

Have just imported demo data and have a couple of issues
For some reason the revolution slider has no content – the plugin was installed before importing the demo data but no sliders are present
Is there a way i can import the demo sliders ?

Also the bottom right of the page “Resources” section is showing an extended layout of the menus instead of the top menus

I’m having a problem with several of the pages on a site I am working on. The site is not currently live, but I am editing it on WordPress on the backend and using a plugin [WP Maintenance Mode] to display a coming soon page.

For several of the pages on my website, the site link shows at the top of the page when you edit it from the dashboard: for example, example.com/donate shows at the top of the page when editing, and when clicking “View Page” I am directed to that URL, but the page keeps delivering a “Page not Found” error message. I tried going into the settings and just saving the permalinks (this has worked before with broken blog post/ portfolio pages) but this doesn’t seem to solve the issue.

I was wondering if you might have any insight as to what could be happening here? If WordPress says it’s correct and the URL loads, and the theme header and everything else loads, but all of the page content is missing, I’m wondering where this issue may be stemming from!

This was already give to you and You are already overriding it in your css.

.related .product_details .product_item_link h5 {
    font-size: 10px;
}

Ether edit your css or remove that from your custom css and use the standard setting you just changed in your theme options > shop settings.

Many people don’t use woo-commerce with this theme so adding in shop page settings clarifies what it’s for rather then the general typography settings.

any idea how to change the product titles for the related items at the bottom of every product page, I have asked for help with this a few times and never got a response or a response that worked.

Just to be clear external links for images means your using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-gallery-custom-links/

And unfortunately there is only one meta field for that which applies anywhere that image is used in a gallery.

What I suggest is not use a gallery, simply add your images to the post content using a visual editor and give each a link.

You can also use a pagebuilder widget to create columns or use the theme columns shortcode or just place the images beside eachother.

We are a digital film distribution company that distributes to platforms such as iTunes, Netflix, Amazon, etc. On each film’s page, I have a gallery with icons to each platform that the respective movie is available on and I want to be able to link to each of those platform pages for each movie. However, with the Virtue Gallery, it appears that any external URL associated with a given image applies across the board to anywhere that image appears within a Virtue gallery on the site. This is a big problem because I can’t have every iTunes link for each movie all go to the same movie.

Is there any way around this? I need to be able to link each movie to its correct page for every platform it appears on. Sample pages:

Lets make sure we are talking about the same thing.

Its seems now you are talking about the product titles on the archive pages. When they are not h1 tags.

Go to theme options > shop settings. There you can change the product titles while in an archive.

still dont have the right font for the product titles on the shop and category pages, how can I change them?
I have refreshed several times and don’t see the change in font size to the related items product titles

WooCommerce Installed: On the single product page, I’d like to link the product image to the External/Affiliate URL instead of opening up the image in a lightbox.

I have tried this in a child theme and when I attempt to reference the $product_url variable in my child theme, it doesn’t pull the value of the External URL.

How do I link the product image to the External/Affiliate URL for the single product page so that click the image takes the user to the target product URL? Thanks!

I have a lot of plugins. They are all updated. Are you looking for a specific type of plugin?

On the woocommerce system page it says to increase the memory to 64 MB. That message is there since quite some time. I never managed to increase it.
The only other red message says that I have to deactivate the Virtue/pinacle toolkit. (which I did before I activated the Premium version) I’ll deactivate it again. I changed it when I temporarily switched back to the free version again.

If this doesn’t help let me know how I can send you a temp login

This doesn’t effect the single product page only the archive pages. The lightbox would still be enabled on the single product pages.

I just changed from the free virtue theme to Virtue Premium.
My products are not showing any more on my shop category pages. When I go to a shop category, it says e.g. “Showing 1–10 of 25 results” but I can’t see any product at all.
When I switch back to the free virtue theme, this problem is resolved and I can see my products again so it’s probably the new theme that causes the problem.
this is my shop: *Login to see link
I had to switch back temporarily to the free version because otherwise my customers can’t find my products…
Could you please let me know if we can fix this?

3. thanks but the issue is that when i change h1 in settings it changes my product text under the titles which I dont want to change. When I make one change it also changes other area of text and can create more work and issues. I want to increase the product titles on the shop, category pages and the related items without affecting other text on the site
