LOL, everytime I say it’s done, it never quite seems complete. 🙂

After i disabled W3 Total Cache and CloudFlare, the page went back to being OK. But after 20 minutes, the content disappeared again.

I’ve emailed my host, to see if they can see the issue clearer. And of course, if I get it resolved elsewhere, I’ll put up the solution here, in case anyone else has this problem in the future.

Hey,
Unfortunately I’m not really an SEO expert but I have some basic understanding. 304 redirects would be used for page links that you are changing.

So in the old site you have http://cyrilssoapshed.co.uk/ourgoatsmilksoaps.html

That type of link isn’t going to exists in an php site because there is no html files like that so links would be:

http://cyrilssoapshed.co.uk/ourgoatsmilksoaps/

What you would need to do through cpanel in hosting is add redirects for all the page urls that are not longer there and redirect them to the new urls.

In your theme options > page title. You have turned on an overlay.. Which is set to white and full opacity. You need to turn that off if your not wanting an overlay.

Hey,
I’m seeing a normal page I can’t tell if content is missing because I don’t know before but things look fine. Did you clear your caching and cloudflare?

Yoast only sees what is in the “page content” So it’s not going to know you have images display outside of that because it doesn’t read meta data. But Google sees the whole page. Yoast is only outputting to help you determine things but it’s not perfect and google doesn’t look that yoast it looks at your page.

Hi
How can I change the color of the pull quote symbol in a virtue pull quote? So I’m not talking about the text in the quote but the actualy quote symbol. It looks too pale and I don’t think it’s visible enough. I’d like to make it a little darker so it’s better visible for visitors. Here’s my link. The pull quote is below the optin form on the home page.

PS Make sure to go back to the Dutch version in case you are redirected to the English site. WPML widget on top right. It’s the Dutch version that I have the pull quote on.

Hey guys,

I’ll admit, i have no idea what is causing this. But I have already put a post on the SiteOrigin WordPress Plugin Support Page, so while I’m waiting for them to answer, I’ll ask here too.

My Landing Page is complete screwed.

It was fine this morning. I changed nothing. Now, half the content doesn’t appear.

Again, I know probably not a Virtue problem (very, very unlikely to be a Virtue problem) but thought I would check with you guys, just to so I could cross that possible cause off my list (and of course to see if you had any ideas what the issue might be!)

What color are you setting it to? Are you setting it from Theme Options > Page Title?

Hi kevin,

The client has decided she does not want any big images as page title now.
So I have turned this off. But opacity still seems to be an issue on background colours? They are coming out lighter than expected?

Hi community support team,

I have a wordpress 4.5.3 with Virtue premium theme and Woo-commerce
Here is my big problem on all pages; product page and portfolio page.

When I edit a page, the features on the right side are not responsive. Page Attributes, Feature Image, Tags do not expand or claps.
The same problem with all features below the main text.
Page Title and Subtitle, Yoast SEO, Product Data, Custom Fields, Product Sidebar Options, Product Video Tab, Revolution Slider Options, Product…… None of the boxes expand nor claps. Nothing works.

Please advise as how can I fix this. Thank you very much for your help. VT

2.& 3. I want all the font to be the same for every title so what heading in typography is it to reduce the product titles on the each product page, instead of change a few that are too long I prefer to reduce to font for all of them.

6. waiting for your thoughts on how I can set up the menu instead of the filter or if I can accomplished everything from my secondary nav and maybe a menu

10. I’m talking about the related items titles at the bottom of each product page, the font is way to small and is not the correct font I need, also the product titles on the product pages are also not the correct font and I may want to increase or decrease the font once it is the correct font

2, 3. Using the inspect tool, you’ll want to find the page specific class within the body tag of the page. Each page will have a title class, as well as a number.

6. You’ll have to do them all individually. Like I said, a menu makes way more sense here because your category pages already exist.

10. Not sure what you’re talking about. You can adjust CSS I provided before to have whatever font size you want if you’re talking about the related product titles. If you want to change the body fonts of your products/site that’s controlled here under body:

2. & 3. thanks – how can I target product specific titles and decrease the font size even more with more CSS?
6. so I see you added the product category, should I be selecting show on product page and use for variations too right? I will contact my hosting company thanks for the heads up. Could that be slowing the loading time at all?
7. I forget how to do that it has been a while. How do fix this. Where do I add the link to the category on the secondary nav?
8. I need to change the text from Related Products to Related Items and also change the text to capped.
9. ok I will wait I do have a retina screen (pain in the butt when developing)
10. I noticed the the font size for the text for each product on the product, category and related products is now way to small, someone it got changed when I must have changed some other text somewhere. Also the font for the products needs to be changed, how can I do that?

Oh, a great tool!
I need some more time to play with it…

In the meantime, I was not so clear about what I wanted –
Not that all the sidebar will change background,
but just when doing a hover on text elements: each of the menu items and the tags in the tag cloud – their text color will change on hover.

Also, I saw in inspect that I can use “current-cat” to identify the page of the chosen menu item.
How do I refer to it to assign it a unique text color ?

2, 3. Here is some CSS that will target the product titles only on single products. It will also decrease the font size of the title. If you’re having issues with the word wrap on certain products, you can target product specific titles and decrease the font size even more with more CSS.
```
.single-product h1.product_title.entry-title {
    text-transform: uppercase;
    font-size: 18px;
}
```
6. You need to assign a product category in the attributes tab of your product pages. See here:

It also looks like you’re running out of memory for the shop page. So you will want to increase your max memory limit in your php settings. you’ll have to talk to your host to accomplish this.

If you plan on filtering only by category, you should probably just use a woocommerce category menu widget in your sidebar. With the amount of products you have, it makes far more sense just to use a menu and navigate page by page. It will be much better for navigating your site than a filter.

7. the only issue I’m seeing is that Women’s T-Shirts. That’s because the menu item is linked to the Women’s category. Changing the title of a menu item does not change it’s destination. You’ll have to edit your menu item to link to the correct page.

8. This CSS will target the related product titles:
```
.related .product_details .product_item_link h5 {
    font-size: 10px;
}
```
9. This is because you’re using the custom carousel. If you’re on a retina screen, this wont load a retina image. if you want a fix now, you can switch to the portfolio carousel. Otherwise this issue will be fixed in the next update.

Can you link to the pages where you have the page title as an image with the opacity at .6, and link to a page where you don’t what this? I just want to be sure I’m understanding correctly before I start making changes.

8. How do I can the text for related products? I also want to make that text capped and the same size I have for the text at the bottom of the portfolio pages that say Other High Vibrating Wear.
9. On the homepage under New Looks the images seem to be blurry or fuzzy they should be clearer
