I want to utilize external image url’s for my products. The problem that I am running into is the size is too large for the following:

Home Product Carousel
Home On Sale Product Carousel
Home Best Selling Product Carousel
Shop page
Product-category page

I tried changing the following in Pinnacle but it does not change the size of the external images:
Shop Category Image Size – Enable Product Image Aspect Ratio on Catalog pages – Selected ON – No image displayed.
Use Masonry Feature on Pinnacle Galleries – I turn this off, no change.

Do you have custom css that would accomplish what I need? For the image size you can use 200px x 200px and I change it as needed.

Thanks Ben,
i sorted it out, there was a plugin that created the problem, i deactivated it, now every thing is ok thanks for the help, one more thing when you go to the shop page you can see that the number of products show on a page is not even as you can see when you go the link http://www.francos.tk/?post_type=product the number of products show only 10 but in the theme options i have set as 12 but it still shows 10 ( the page looks not complete it looks nice with 12 images it looks incomplete with 10 products per page) what should i do and what should i change to looks with 12 products in a page,

‘ktvideolight’ didn’t work. Sorry. You can see the page at pebblebell.com/videos (first and second videos). Since grep couldn’t find a reference to ‘ktvideolight’ in the theme source code, I tried ‘videolight’ with no success. ‘pvideolight’ (on third video) did bring up the dark screen but the message says the content cannot be displayed in a frame.

I verified that the lightbox setting was turned on in the theme misc settings. The image lightbox is working on the “how-it-works/training” page. There are not other lightbox related plugins activated.

There is no hurry with this question. I can wait until after the holiday. Enjoy the 4th.

In your theme options > shop settings scroll down to “Stop Product Excerpt from loading in the shop grid pages.” and turn that on.

You have an excerpt that has divs and they just aren’t closing out.

Hey,
Just so you know there are console two errors on your site.

One has to do with js in whatever plugin is outputing “popuppress”

The other is with this plugin: flexi-quote-rotator

As for the logo you just need to use more speific css so your retina logo doesn’t override your added logo:
like this:

when i go to theme options on my site and for example say i wanted to change primary or secondary menu font size, when i change it and wanted to save , but a pop up massage says ” there is a problem with your action please try again or reload the page” when i reload and refresh the same massage appears over and over again without saving any changes, please need help immediately, the site url *Login to see link

Also, when I could get to Cart page, there were two buttons, one is a payPal button,which I want to keep.The other is a green button that directs to Checkout page, which is confusing to customers and adds another unnecessary step. How do I remove the plain green button?

The only problem with using this as a work around, is that is breaks other things on the website. Sorting does not work on the store page, and I’m sure there are other things (that I have not even seen) that it broke.

What is the correct way to get the theme to allow the plugin to work?

Hi Ben,

I am having some strange glitch with one part of a site. On one of the product pages, not all of the products are displaying and the page breaks up oddly. Also, not all of the categories within that page are showing products. There are a lot of products, but this is also the case with a number of other pages and they all load just fine. WordPress was telling me that there are outdated Woocommerce files in the theme, but theme is latest version. I’ve run the Woocommerce database updater and also have optimized the database. Any thoughts?

I recently come across a other theme when i was looking for a better checkout page (customize it in virtue premium).
I saw a checkout page on some different theme`s which look much cleaner en well-arranged because of the “your order” section is next to the customer field like the link below.

Mayba a lot of people agree with my opinion and in that way whe can ask to create a checkout page like this.

.page-id-4221 .kad-standard-logo.kad-lg {
background-image: url('*Login to see link ') !important;
}

This is working fine (except page-4291 for some reason) – until it is viewed on a mobile device. It goes back to the default logo.

Could you please point me in the right direction as to what I need to adjust?

Kevin, I want to clarify one more thing. I want to keep the lightbox handling by the theme on images. So I should leave this option on. But on a page (based on a custom template in the child theme), I want to include the jquery fancybox script and css to produce the lightbox effect for video links. Would this cause conflict with the theme’s lightbox?

You can create a product category and label it Clearance then assign your clearance items to that category. Then use a shortcode like this to add them to the page: [product_category per_page="12" columns="4" category="clearance"]

ok, with that amount of text you can’t go this route.
You need to use page builder. You can still add your image menu item but then right below add a text widget and there place your text. See here:
