    Same,
    transparent header is not working on 404 error, body tag has transparent-header and mobile-transparent-header on entire website except 404, where it’s non-transparent-header and mobile-non-transparent-header, but I didn’t find specified setting for transparent header on 404 page.

    I added banner for 404 using hooked element, so I need transparent header.
    Just make it transparent by using style above is not enough, because transparent header has bunch of styles, and will be great not to add excess code in customizer

    I’m using the RSS widget to create THIS PAGE which works beautifully. The only drawback, particularly from the customer’s perspective, is that each click leads viewers away from their website. Is there anyway to force a target=_blank on every entry that gets created by this widget? If not, can you suggest a plugin that might allow me this flexibility?

    Hi Support,

    I have an issue regarding ACF fields in a Hooked Element (Template) replacing an Archive (Taxonomy) above Hero. For some reason the ACF custom fields are not being displayed on the taxonomy archive page. In contrary, non dynamic content blocs do show.

    Goal:
    Displaying a dynamic heading and description for the Taxonomies archive pages “Cities” (Memphis, Knoxville, etc) under the CPT “Carpet Cleaners”

    Current setup:
    CPT UI: “HeaderCities”

    Custom Fields:
    Field Group “Header City” with 2 fields called “Heading” and “Description”. Both fields types are set to “Text”. Post Type is equal to “HeaderCity”

    Hooked Elements:
    City Archive Header – Hooked Element (Template) replacing an Archive (Taxonomy) above Hero. Display “City Archives” and All

    The custom Taxonomy “Cities” is defined for “Carpet Cleaners” (CPT)

    Hey there!

    Does anyone know how to make parent pages in the menu clickable on mobile. I have nested menus and only the very last child page is clickable in the menu.

    Hi – So I know that h1, h2 tags, etc. are what signal the hierarchy on a web page. But what do div, paragraph, and span do? More specifically, on my site I have several lines of text, each of which is above an image, before the page gets to the main heading and paragraph text. I don’t want these lines of text to be thought of as headings with no description below them.Can I achieve this by using a tag other than the h tags like? I don’t want crawlers to get confused by these headings but recognize the headings further down the page. Hope that makes sense?

    As you can see, the colors are all the same. Can you please confirm if these are the expected behavior? If not, would it be possible to grant us temporary access using this plugin, so we could check the back-end (WP-Admin) of your site, so we can replicate and investigate on the issue?

    Hi, Sylvain!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The theme uses most of the default templates from the WooCommerce plugin. To show the descriptions of the categories, go to Customizer > WooCommerce > Product Catalog. Then, make sure that you’re showing the page title and that the visibility for Description is turned on. Here’s a screen recording for your reference – https://share.getcloudapp.com/xQuwEwoB.

    For us to better assist you, could you describe how you would want to customize the category pages? If you have the Kadence Theme Pro addon, you may be able to make use of Hooked Elements to show additional content.

    On the other hand, if you want to customize the product category template entirely, you may want to wait for our upcoming major release for the Kadence WooCommerce Shop Kit plugin. This will include the Product Templates feature. For an overview, you can watch this video.

    I’d like to be able to use the Add to Cart block on an archive page, because the archive page is not a specific product page the add to cart has no knowledge of what product to add. I’d like an option to set the product to add to the block as an individual product.

    Thanks for getting in touch. Is the link to your website the same one as your username? I checked this link using my iPhone 13 mini’s Chrome browser. It looks like the header color is the same for both the site pages and the blog posts.

    Can you try doing the steps listed here on how to clear cache on an iPhone?

    The iOS browser chrome matches my header coloring on all of my sites pages — this is the preferred behavior. However, on all of the blog posts, the iOS browser chrome is a color from a previous palette. I have dig through every setting in header and single blog post and can’t seem to figure out where this color is pulled from. Any suggestions?

    Hi All, I just installed Kadence and Kadence Blocks (switched from Astra and WP Forms). I like these alot. I created a test page using the Form Block. Works well but the notification email sent to the WordPress Admin email is timestamped 4 hours in the future. I have confirmed WordPress General Settings and the host machine both are using the my correct New York time.

    Has anyone else run across this issue? Thank you, John

    Dear Dane,

    Thanks for the reply. The problem has corrected itself. After opening my edit pages in Chrome, I went back to Safari to check if it was still malfunctioning but suddenly the edit pages were there. It was as if Safari was having trouble resolving something about those pages. It was weird and wasted time to trouble shoot, but all is well now.

    I have not edited my website in a while. In Safari when I try to edit or make a new post or page, I see a blank window. With Chrome, everything works as expected. Is there a problem with Virtue Premium Version: 4.10.4 and Safari 15.4?
