I guess I should clarify in that I can actually see the products on my browser but I am getting calls that customers cannot see the products but rather just white space…

In forum: Virtue ThemeJune 9, 2016 at 12:37 pm #98341Hey,
When I look at your page none of your images have an assigned link?<a href="" target="_blank"> <img src="http://www.sacreddnakeys.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/Sacred-Geometry-64-Card-Oracle-Deck-Card-6-Capability.jpg" width="1500" height="929" srcset="http://www.sacreddnakeys.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/Sacred-Geometry-64-Card-Oracle-Deck-Card-6-Capability.jpg 1500w, http://www.sacreddnakeys.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/Sacred-Geometry-64-Card-Oracle-Deck-Card-6-Capability-454x281.jpg 454w, http://www.sacreddnakeys.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/Sacred-Geometry-64-Card-Oracle-Deck-Card-6-Capability-80x50.jpg 80w" class="so-widget-image"> </a>So I’m confused?
If the images are supposed to lead somewhere there would have to be an assigned link.Ben

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Product rating tab show no rating!
Hi Hannah,
I have under Virtue Premium –> Shop Settings turned on the following:
Show Ratings in Shop and Category Pages: This determines if the rating is displayed in the product archive pages.Under WooCommerce –> Settings –> Products –> Display, I have checked the following:
X Product Ratings Product Ratings Enable ratings on reviews
X Ratings are required to leave a review
X Show “verified owner” label for customer reviewsIs there any other location I need to enable product rating?
Yes, I have to approve the reviews/comments before they are approved. I get an email notification.
Thanks,

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Font Files Downloading Multiple Times
Hi Kevin,
We are only using a ver variations of Roboto and Arvo but I think the slider is also pulling a few fonts in which I’ll look at separately.
I have http://www.webpagetest.org/result/160609_P3_1EQQ/1/details/#request161 which has listed them but gtmetrix also gives me the same result.
In forum: Pinnacle ThemeHi, I just updated the theme to 1.67 but now my portfolio category pages won’t work. The portfolios are there, but are all blank. I seem to be able to find links and the portfolios work as singel portfolio pages. They also show on the front page.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Vertical Menu
Hey David,
You can do this using the custom menu widget. From Theme Options > Misc Settings you can create custom sidebars, then from Appearance > Widgets you can add a custom menu widget to your sidebar. Then you can enable the sidebar from your the backend of your pages.
Hope that’s helpful!Hannah
In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Staff page presentation
Hi Nuno,
1. In your staff edit page under Staff Page Options you can set Masonry Layout to No. You can also set an image ratio.2. There isn’t a built in option for that, but you can add the email as a link to the content area of your staff post.
Hope that helps!
HannahIn forum: Virtue ThemeHi Ben,
On a product page, I login as a user, rate the product and leave a review and under the tab reviews I can see the rating and the comment. Also, the rating is visible where it should be.
However, I see at the bottom of the product page, another tab, Product Ratings, and when I click on it, I see the text
ratings No ratings have been submitted for this product yet.
To make clear what I am talking about, here is the link to that page:
Please let me know how to work with this tab.
Thank you,

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Flip Box Image Size
June 9, 2016 at 7:39 am #98284i’m also using Chrome and have just cleared the cache. Also tried IE just to be sure. Same problem.
There is a 20px green border all around the Flip Box on the front page (the bottom left one with the black test image uploaded). The Flip Box size isn’t the issue, it’s that the image I upload becomes compressed and doesn’t go all the way to the edges of the box. Can I upload an image to show what I’m seeing, just in case we’re not looking at the same thing.
It’s only one Flip Box you will be able to see the issue on. The other have images uploaded which are the same colour as the Flip Box so they ‘appear’ fine. That was my workaround
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Multiple portfolio projects?
Hey,
You can create as many portfolio projects as you would like. See here- https://www.kadencewp.com/creating-a-portfolio-page-with-virtue/
Let me know if you have further questions regarding this!Hannah
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Page issues
1. It could be you have a plugin that is conflicting. Try deacitvating your plugins to test. Let me know if there’s no change.
2. Looks like you have a sidebar enabled on your post pages, but no sidebar selected. In Theme Options > Blog Options you can set Blog Post Sidebar Default to No, Do Not Show. This can also be overridden on each post edit page.
3. This css should work:
.comment { color: #fff; }Hannah
