Actually, I have no idea what happened, but in the time it took to post the above, I went back and double checked to make sure I had all the recommended plugins activated, then refreshed the page and somehow, the site style is there now. Sorry for any of your time wasted. Thanks.

My client can only see one product on the page when there are 2. It says says showing all 2 results and when he scrolls to where the product is meant to be it identifies the link but it is still invisible. When he clicks it takes him through to the product fine.

Also on the product pages that have more than one product available the “+-” options are not visible. He can adjust the number field manually but can’t see the buttons.

Everything is working fine on my side. When I change the theme everything works fine on his side as well.

Please help.

Hey Melinda,
If you’re wanting to add sidebars to your portfolio grid pages you can do so by using a sidebar template and adding your portfolio posts via shortcode like this- [portfolio_types orderby=date showexcerpt=false columns=4 items=4 height=200 childof=0 childcategories=false]
If you’re wanting to add a sidebar to your individual portfolio post pages you would need to create a custom function in a child theme.

I mean to have a button saying “cancel checkout” on the final page (Place your order).

I already have a plugin that empties the cart before going to the final page (Place your order) but not on the final page.

Hi,

I have the same issue. After the premium update, I can only view the top bar, main navigation menu and the footer (without the testimonial carousel content).

The main content where I have Kadence slider on home page, followed by home widget, icon , irrestible offer – Shop, Portfolio carousel, Blog posts are all gone.

Is there any setting in Virtue Premium to add an “empty cart’ button on the checkout page? I check the shop settings under Virtue Premium but didn’t see anything related to Checkout page.

If not, do you have any snippet that can do it?

It is showing as an h3 class when I inspect. I want it on the Enamel Collection page – I didn’t want to change all the h3 styles. I was trying to use the Attributes on the Widget Page however I’m note sure that I am using it correctly.

Attributes
Widget Class; h3 widget-title

CSS Styles

.h3 widget-title{
text-align: center;
font-size: 12px;
font: verdana;}

One style attribute per line.

What ever I use in here is changing the captions on the pictures in the gallery rather than the title.

Ok, Someone (if not you then you need to check with whoever your giving site access to) added code right into the theme to force the slider into the home page.. I can’t see any reason why anyone would do that but you should talk with them about it.

When the page is narrowed, some icons need two lines for the text and become taller than the others. Anyway to control that so the height of the icons would stay the same? (The website is at “pebble bell . com”, remove spaces.)

I updated a customer’s website today, and some (not all) of the images from a portfolio grid page I created for him have gone. I can’t make them re-appear even if I remove and re-add them.

EG – this page displays the first two images, and you can only see the rest if you click and view them full (the rest are a lot smaller)

On the home page under the Latest Party Pictures (*Login to see link the description of each image shows now under the image instead to be over it. Same as before everything looks good when logged in.
