Same Height for Icons on Icon Menu

Hi, I defined an icon menu for the home page. The height of the three icons are affected by the length of the description line. When the page is narrowed, some icons need two lines for the text and become taller than the others. Anyway to control that so the height of the icons would stay the same? (The website is at “pebble bell . com”, remove spaces.)
