Sorry, issue was caused by css minify (bwp-minify)

On the WooCommerce product loop, since the latest update (3.6.6 -> 3.7.0) there is a lot of whitespace between the product images and product title.

It is caused by style="padding-bottom: 135%" which is added in lib/custom-woocommerce.php, but I wonder what’s the reason for that. shop_img_ratio is set to portrait 3:4.

As a workaround I added /* */ around the padding-bottom which fixes the issue, but you can see on my page the problem with ?showbug=1 added.

Hi,

Today I updated my Pinnacle Premium from roughly 1.6.3 (or 1.6.4) through to 1.6.7 then 1.6.8. In 1.6.7 and higher, there’s a bug in the use of a gallery inside an accordion. Here’s a test page which shows the problem. On the earlier versions, everything was fine.

The 1st accordion pane is set open and it’s gallery is ok.
The 2nd accordion pane is default closed and when opened by clicking the plus icon, it’s gallery is missing images and there’s obvious text overlap issues.
If I set the 2nd accordion pane to start open, the problem goes away, however I don’t want to have to set all accordion panes open. It defeats the purpose of accordions. 🙂

Could someone please take a look and fix this?

Thank you for the great support with this theme.

I’ve set up a staff page (cast & crew) on a new page using the staff grid template. When I add a new staff from admin > staff > add new, two entries are generated. The page is set up as 3 column, but when I added the first staff, the duplicate was on the second row under the first entry (column 1). Three entries resulted in three originals on row 1 and three duplicates (in the same order) on row 2.

Hey,
So I believe you are mostly refering to the sidebar. You can create a new sidebar in your theme options > misc settings then assign different widgets to it then your primary sidebar or assign some of the same widgets with different settings.

Using the pinnace: recent posts widget you can choose a category of blog posts to show so that one you would just need to change the settings.

Then in your recipes page you need to make sure to use the blog template and choose to only show posts from the recipe category.

Two things. 1, So I ran some google page speed analytics and they’re telling me my main problem is compression on virtue premium plugins and stuff. 567 KiB transfer time.

Second, the I have a site-wide call to action footer. And every time I open the Shop page, it loads at the top. My shop page images are less than 75 kb and I only have 12 products per page. Any thoughts on how to speed that up? Thanks, Jack

Ok, then you should replace all passwords to your site because someone is accessing your site and adding the code into the front-page template.

Then after you have made sure no one else can edit your code remove the theme by activating a different theme then re-upload a fresh copy you can get one here: https://www.kadencewp.com/my-account/

Then you won’t have any added code in your files.

Curious if the newest version of the members page looks better. Just reverted back to 72 dpi and did 2x the pixel dimensions as opposed to just upping the resolution.

In the sidebar I have in this order; Search Button, Recent Posts, Recent Comments, Archives, Categories, Subscribe to Blog and title for To put Social Media icons. I have a page Recipe Page where I will be posting only recipes along when I post my main blog. The question is I want my recipe page setup exactly like my home page with the following exceptions: Instead I want to have recent recipes instead of recent posts. Want recent Comments on my recipes, Archives would be for recipes not post and the categories would be for words related to the recipes. Of course the titles would have to be changed to recent Recipes. Is this possible to do.

I just looked in one page at random, I saw images linked to “post 849” which if you try to go there directly there is no post of 849:

It no longer keeps my Portfolio names and thumbnail names visible. Without this css, the mouseover works fine. With my custom css, the mouseover function is wonky. The title is at the top of each thumb and very faint.

Can you help me get back to visible names please?

In Settings > Reading do you have a page set as your post page? This will override the blog template. Make sure it is left blank. Let me know if that was not the issue.

In your portfolio edit page under Portfolio Post Options you can set Project Options to None. Or if you choose image you can set the max height and width of the image below that.
