Issues with an image gallery after theme update

Hi Guys,
Just did a theme update today and now I notice that the image gallery isn’t behaving properly…
Its short codes is:
[gallery size="medium" link="none" ids="146,147]
…but some of the images are displaying in “Thumbnail” with the rectangles cropped back to square.
