1. Please post a link with instructions on how to recreate. Understand that a caching issue would be caused because you are using a coming soon plugin and the page can’t be cached correctly

2. Your image shows your using a plugin and not the woocommerce search widget. What search plugin do you have installed? Why not use the woocommerce search widget.

I would suggest using page-builder. Make sure the portfolio post layout is set to three rows. Then add a row in pagebuilder that is set to fullwidth and place your image into that row.

Greetings

Breadcrumbs with woocommerce are only appearing on the single product page, not on the shop or category pages even though the setting is on to allow them show on all woocommerce pages.

Other thing is that I originally set the columns to five and now they wont change to any other option no matter what I do. I do use cloudfare but I set this on development mode which allows any changes to show.

Same with image size, I set them to square setting and then deleted the setting so nothing is set, but these changes do not show on the site either.

Also on the same page please note how small the “breadcrumb” is. I would like to see this a lot bigger than the size it currently is.

The issue with links/menus on the mobile site not working seems to only be on samsung devices, although the catgetory menu also does not work on iphones. It opens then closes immediately.

If your homepage is the shop page then you just need to add a slider from Theme Options > Shop Settings under Shop Slider as Ben said, rather than the home slider. Does that make sense?

Hello

I’m using a background body image in theme options > advanced styling. Default settings except for Fixed and Auto.
It looks fine on PC and laptop but on mobile and ipad the background stops about half of the way down the page leaving white space. The actual image is size is 1920×1280 so it should be able to fit.

Any ideas on how I make the background image fill the background?

Hi Ben, my cuestion was:

My now homepage is the shop and I have a slider but in the page of HOME after I had a slider revolution and when I change the HOME page for the SHOP the slider disapear in page HOME, Is it possible to maintain the slider on the HOME page if my homepage is SHOP?

1. I was using W3Total Cache and now I’m using WPFC. Sometimes when I come back to the home page the image all white and sometimes all black and other times all lines.
There is NO way I can launch the site with this occuring it has to be dealt with prior to taking off the coming soon plugin.

2. Now I removed the woocommerce search added the search widget and the same issue occurs. How to recreate the error, simply type in text to search and before you click to search you should see the message. Also the search plugin I have in now really sucks bad for many reasons I can’t use it. I need to somehow use the woocommerce. I would like to use a plugin but I have way too many going.

The third image is the homepage. As you can see all of the pages slide over and we haven’t added any code to the pages. We used visual composer and it was working up until 2 days ago.

Have you tried adding all of the images in a single gallery via the Visual Editor and the Add Media Button?

On a page like that, you don’t really need to use page builder for your galleries.

The page now shows the result after adding the images. I copied the gallery widget and added the new images to the top one. As you can see the old images have disappeared from the gallery.

I have tried to install the plugin but it requires some editing to activate:

I cannot install the new images because then the old ones will disappear. I have tried to add a new gallery on the same page and this works. The images are already uploaded on the server so I really expect a problem with the gallery widget itself.

I’m not sure that you’re able to make that module any larger with CSS. It will likely have to be done when you add the image to your page, or when you create it. I was able to only come up with CSS that makes the image centered.

Not sure how to explain this…I can’t recreate for you…all I can say is I have firefox open and about 5 other windows with other website including your site kadencethemes.com…So while I work between my wp admin making changes and then checking my site to make sure its has been updated correctly, what is happening is for example I writing this post and just went back to the window of my site the shop page in particular, I see either all black or a bunch of lines and then the shop page images appears a split second late in proper form. The same thing occurs when I go back to my home page (I’m not clicking to load a page just clicking on the window if you know what I mean).

I thought that it may be my macpro retina that is causing the issue, but no it is 110% the them because every time I do the same and go to other open windows of other sites including this one everything is normal.

2. I added a woocommrece search widget and every time I write text it says : An error occurred. Please try again. I do find that the search works but also loads products that are unrelated to the search, I had the same issue with you search so I changed to woocommerce. I just want a search to provide true results. So when I for example type : Love All, I get all the products with the name or the name love, but the search gives me other products like Namaste which has no love tag and some other products that aren’t correct.

Hey Lydia,
The staff feature is set up the same as the portfolio. You have an actual staff page that uses its town page template, then you have staff posts that make up the grid on the staff page. Does that make sense? So to edit the grid page go to Pages from your admin and find the Staff page (assuming one is already created). Ensure this page is using the Staff Grid page template.

Hey Ian,
You can add information to these tabs from the product edit pages. Just make sure Product Tabs is enabled in Theme Options > Product Settings.
Is that what you were wanting?
