Hi Kadence themes,

I have a page (www.autoperforma.com/gallery) with a gallery full of images. The page is made with pagemaker and a virtue gallery set to masonry. When I want to add a few images the page edit gallery page appears without the already uploaded images. There is a loading in progress symbol but nothing really happens. I can move on to add the images to the gallery (“add to gallery”) and add the images as normal. When I update the gallery and go back to the page the gallery displays only the recently added images. The previously images seem to have disappeared. What’s wrong?

Hi,
I have a few questions:

1. Do you know why my product images are a bit blurry on the category page? I disabled the theme’s layout and set my image sizw in Woocommerce to 289 x 217 for the catalogue images. The images I used were 1200 x 900.

2. I want to display some additional large product images and text on the single product images similar to here: http://www.echtkind.de/sandspielzeug/sandspielzeug-166/kinder-schubkarre-metall-lautenbach.html
I have played around a bit and was able to do this but the images I added underneath are not lined up with the main featured image. What would be the best way to do this?

3. Can you also have a “NEW” badge similar to the “SOLD” badge?

4. When you have a variable product and want to add it to the cart before chosing an option, a message shows up that you need to make a selection first. This is okay, but the message still shows when the customer has clicked on an option. He can add it to the cart, but it would be more customer-friendly if the message disappears as soon as he has clicked on an option. In order to do this, I added a jquery in the footer, but it did not work…is there something I need to change?

My topic title sums up what I need. I am using the Revolution Slider as a landing page and it already has my title and menu buttons. The site header title and menu are now redundant on my home page. Is there a custom css that could do this? Thanks!

Hi I’m using the About Demo Page – Pinnacle Premium on that page you have the staff grid. When I click on live editor I can only edit the “Our Staf” section there is a row. I would like to edit the Staff Grid. Is there a way of doing that? I see the staff pages put they are full pages with information. I would like to take advantage of the actual grid to make changes. Can you let me know how or where I can edit. Thank you!

Please tell me if it is possible to make this changes:

1. shop page and product page wider, like ~50px left & right to remain blank
2. shop page – a different thumbnail for the product, not the same as the main product image
3. shop page – change animation from rotating to a quick image switch

3. single product page – replace product photo with a slider … like placing a slider shortcode (i would make a slide for every product in cyclone or revolution)
4. single product page – remove thumbnails under the main photo
5. single product page – move product tabs below ADD TO CART button

also…
6. i enabled minicart and product search in primary menu but it’s not showing

on the shortcode page of Pinnacle Premium I saw the Simple Box Example and decided to rebuilt it in a Virtue Premium Website. Worked quite well, but there is one problem I couldn’t solve yet. If the width is between 781px and 1024px, my box row uses two lines for showing, while the box example in Pinnacle only uses one line. What do I have to do, that my box row also uses one line?

Hi Ben,

I’m not seeing it on any of the product pages. The menu is there because if you tap the spot where the icon should be, the menu still opens, it’s just that the icon is invisible. This happens on both a phone and tablet.

I’m seeing that you have a plugin adding a menu on top of your header. When you just resize the page that plugin isn’t adding any padding so it’s sitting over the top of your logo and the theme menu.

But once I load on a phone I see the theme menu on all pages. Which page are you not seeing it on?

6. You control the sliders where you create them. For the Kadence Slider you need to control in the Kadence slider area. Currently the slider I see in assigned to your shop page has only one slider.

7. You would need to make two menu items if you wanted to do that. Show one for logged in and one for logged out.

You will need to hide one depending on the user with css and the .logged class.

You can add a script using the footer scripts in your theme options > header and footer scripts (which can be enabled in your theme options > theme extensions).

If the script was breaking your page then it likely isn’t correct. Have you checked with whoever is providing you the script?

Those things listed as “critical” are not an issue and the scanner is unless it’s not as smart as a person don’t be fooled.

1. sanitize callback (the scanner has this wrong all the callbacks for all the users customize fields are there.)

2. Presence of iframes… this is not an actual iframe as your can see there is no source, it is the output for the youtube shortcode which uses an iframe.

3. Malware… that’s not malware, those are php functions, part of the theme options admin and they are fallback for certain server types.

4. admin menu… wordpress.org guidlines don’t allow themes to make any page unless it in a subpage of “apperance” this is just a guidline for wordpress.org themes.

Warnings… even more of a joke for example

core scripts deregistered… this is incorrect the core doesn’t have any of those three scripts.

You need to change your css to this:
