What do you mean changing from default to yes or no? I don’t want to have to change for each product.

I’m confused by what your saying. Can you clarify what I need to do to get all product pages to be wider or appear like it does in the demo along with the 4 related products as well, my related products are smaller then the demo and the text under the title text is not wide enough.

In your settings > reading. You can’t make the home page the latest posts page. That “main blog” loop will always have all your posts.

So if you want the post to be separate you would need to use separate loops in pages.

In your products page you can click “screen options” at the top and change how many products show on the page that you can make it the number of your products then manually move them around. The post date will determine the order you see in the admin. The sort will determine the order on the front end.

Have you looked through the plugin docs? Are you assigning attributes to filter from. On the page where your adding the widget is there products with those attributes your wanting to filter on?

Hi Ben, A lot of strange things have been happening with my site provencekitchen.net lately.
1-I can’t show any products listed under the category “Spices”. I have 8 products in that category that were showing before.

2-When I click on “Shop” I don’t see any products. I even tried to add a Virtue Carousel, it came up all weird.

3-No matter what the setup I am using, i can’t show the product categories in the Shop Page.
The links that are showing are dead, and not reacting.
My theme is up to date; 3.6.5 I have not done much changes, I don’t understand.
I noticed weird things happening after the latest upgrade.

I am having problems with the front page header title duplicating the first word of the title. I can’t get rid of it. The title should read Master Heritage Painters but instead reads as Master Master Heritage Painters.

I’ve tried coming in from other computers and mobile. I worked mostly adding new content. The only custom css codeing I’ve added was extra space on the sidebar. We switched themes to Virtue in the last two days. I’m pretty much a first timer at this.

For example:

Right now, I was able to create a “staff” post per employee and assign one of the 4 categories to each.
When I created a page based on the Staff Grid model, they all show with the proper information (name, title, etc), but they are not segragated by category.

In Theme Options > Home Layout > Home Portfolio Full Settings i have:

Choose how many Portfolio Items on Homepage = 14 (it’s showing only 4 of 7 created)

Choose how many Portfolio columns = 3 (it’s showing 4)

That is a bit weird. I want the products with the same designs to be together in admin, at times I create a new product with an existing design. Then I want to move the new product in admin to be near the same designs but they are pages apart. Any idea how to move a product from one page to another in the wp admin?

Yet I do not want the same designs on different products displayed beside each other. I guess the only solution is to just display on product of each design.

Hello,
please tell me how can I do changes to the functions.php file so that I don’t need to be afraid every time you make an update to the theme?? It always removes all my hooks like for example the the for removing the annoying Reviews tab on the products page (which I think would be a good idea to have a setting to disable it somewhere in the settings).

Anyway, I use this hook to get rid of the Reviews tab, but as I said I need to do the same thing again and again after every theme update..

Sadly not. To see the fault – first refresh the page, you will see that the parallax works. then use the portfolio filter and check the parallax again to see it not work using google chrome

Also, I installed the “Booking plug-in” in order to make booking based on the calendar available.

I am trying to hide the variation price from the product page, and I could do this with WordPress default theme such as Twenty Fifteen but not with my VIRTUE Premium.

Current booking looks like this

But I need to hide the price from “Woocommerce price” just like this

The reason why this “hiding option” is working on Wordlresss default theme (ex; Twenty Fifteen), but not with VIRTUE is because the VIRTUE is not allowing WooCommerce HOOK to execute. Thie “hiding function” is triggered by using below removing HOOK: woocommerce_single_variation to hide the WooCommerce price if the Booking setting is enabled for the product.

I found the code snippet from line number 344 to 347 of the custom-woocommerce.php of Virtue Premium is not allowing to remove the WooCommerce price from the Booking plugin.

The HOOK which I am using to remove the WooCommerce price is executing first and after that, the same HOOK is executing from the Theme to display the WooCommerce price. Due to this, the WooCommerce price is not getting hide from our Booking plugin.

I tried commenting the code which is on line number 344 to 347 of the custom-woocommerce.php of Virtue Premium and then checked and it is working fine and allowing to remove the WooCommerce price from our Booking plugin. But I am not sure that doing this will affect other things or not, so please help me out !
