You can add sliders to any page or post or category. Sliders have a shortcode and you can place that shortcode into the slider shortcode box.

Go to the theme options page using the chrome browser. Inspect the page and look in the console for any js errors.

you seem to be using the layout builder and are adding a white background to the layout row of your footer widgets. Just change that in the row and widgets styles of your pagebuilder widget.

Dear Support team,

I have the site chuyenthuocladientu.com with Virtue theme
The current theme version is 3.5.9.

I don’t know why the home page that I used to do everyday was disappear.

home page acould not any produts, event I click to product category on menu, but the detail product could show.
Could you pls help how to fix it.

Hi,

I have activated the YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter as it was suggested by you guys. I want to add some filters for colors, prices, size etc.

Here is some info I just read and wanted to reach out to you guys to hear what your thoughts are.

This is from the plugin developer:

Search filters can be inserted only through YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter widget.
Scroll page content to find out about how to set up widget correctly and fix potential issues caused by template changes that your theme may generate in WooCommerce “Shop” page.

If your theme uses the WooCommerce standard templates, you don’t need to change the values showed in “Front end” section. Otherwise, add the classes used in the template of your theme. If you don’t know them, please contact the developer of your theme to receive the correct classes.

Please let me know if virtue premium uses the standard woo commerce templates, which I’m hoping is the case so I don;t need to change the values they are referring to.

Topic: Switching out slider images without affecting texts

Hi,

I am using the Slider Revolution which came with your theme. I currently have 13 very high-res slider images on my home page. I noticed that this makes my home page to be 5.16MB on GT-Metric and slows down website for users. I have recently optimized those same slider images and would like to replace the existing high-res ones with the optimized ones. Is there a way to just switch-out the slider images without messing with the slider texts I’ve created that fade in and out. It would save me a lot of time if I could just switch the old images with the new ones without it affecting the texts.

in your admin > products page click “sort products” (near the top left). Then drag the products into whatever order you would like.

1. Make sure each typography option in your theme options is properly selected. Non left blank.
2. You can do that in pagebuilder. Use a fullwidth row with a background color.

I’m not seeing this but I can guess what it is. The script that runs the parallax background has to get the height of the page. So my guess is the height of the page is not fully loaded based on your internet speeds when the script for the parallax runs.

Here is something you can try, in your theme options > header footer scripts add this to the footer:

Depending on which slider your site is using, you should be able to enable something like this via Theme Options> Home Slider.

At the bottom of this page, there should be an option for “Add arrow at the bottom of slider.”

Try enabling that and let me know if it works for you!

For a moment there i thought it was fixed too but not yet. if you use chrome and make the page full screen then refresh you should see the error.

Yes it is the area where there is a “lets get started “button
